When I go and pick up my prescription, it’s always that I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for them to work on it even do I have called in hours ago………☹️😤

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would! They never have my prescription when it says it is refilled. They told me they transferred my prescription to another CVS Pharmacy because they did not have it, and I drove there for nothing! They did not transfer it! Worst customer service ever!

If I could give a zero I would. When I got the text message saying that my perception was "being placed" I am supposed to know that means they don't have it in stock. I had to wait 20 mins for them to get another CVS on the line to see if they had the prescription. When I went to the new CVS they couldn't find my prescription and my ins didn't cover the meds which could have all been avoided of the CVS target would have done their job in the first place.

They don't update their records, they condescend at their customers for the mistakes they make, they don't give people what they need to administer meds (bottles, syringes, stoppers). I wonder how these people still have jobs.

I received a text the moment my prescription was filled and rushed here as soon as I could. The friendly staff quickly assisted me, verifying my personal info and retrieving my medication in a snap. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, and a decent amount of that was walking to and from the door!

Such incredibly poor performance, it's really hard to believe. Drug not in inventory or not enough to dispense, have to wait for ordering (nothing special about this drug by the way, very ordinary). Wouldn't "go through," you have to have your doctor send over the Rx again, and again. We haven't filled that, there was some problem. Etc, etc. And when these things happen, they won't call you. No. You have to come to suspect there must be some issue, call them, try to figure out what the problem is yourself, try to solve the problem yourself, and then call and constantly follow-up until you finally can get your prescription (still don't have mine, it's been 3 weeks). Incredible. If I could choose zero stars, I would.

Staff have handled our transfer of 26 med prescriptions for the 2 of us from another city to Plymouth without a glitch. They are always gracious, cheerful and kind to us, no matter the time of day. We are sincerely grateful.

Every other month I have an issue with a 'basic' prescription. Either not in, or late getting in, or most recently, not knowing it was expired until the day I needed it. I moved from the other CVS in Plymouth, to the Target years ago. All my issues went away when Target ran it. Now CVS is back and the same issues are back.

The pharmacist refused medication for my baby!!!! My insurance didn’t cover it and I said I will pay for it. She said NO, the pharmacy policy was that they cannot bypass insurance!!! UNHEARD OF!!!! If insurance doesn’t cover it you buy your medication!!! So just go home and die!!!! Will never use this store again!!!! Ever!!!!
