The service at this pharmacy is absolutely horrible and I will never return here again. Slow refills, multiple trips because orders were only partially filled, and extremely rude staff. I am switching back to CVS pharmacy.

I am so pleased with the service that I've received here. The staff are very accommodating and when I have prescriptions mailed, they arrive within a day or two. No long lines like at the big pharmacies. I highly recommend.

I don’t typically like to do these but I don’t like that there are any bad reviews. This pharmacy is phenomenal! The staff go above and beyond and are always super friendly even when it’s extremely busy. They are always willing to take the time to answer any questions you may have. I will agree that there was one pharmacy tech that was rather rude/judgmental but she doesn’t work there anymore. This will be my life long pharmacy.

Do you love calling in prescriptions and not receiving them for 3 months? Then this is the pharmacy for you! 4 times now I’ve called in prescriptions and asked them to be mailed. 4 times now they’ve taken MONTHS to refill a simple prescription and mail it to me. They have told me “oh we forgot” 4 times. How do you forget to refill a Prescription ? Truly worthless pharmacy. If you can even call it that.

Kathy or Cathy in the Pharmacy brings the place from a 4 star to a 1 star. She is rude with customers, and extremely judgemental. Her job is to fill prescriptions and provide first class customer service. That does not happen. I've dealt with numerous Pharmacists in the past and i have NEVER encountered one with an attitude like hers. Patients have enough they are dealing with, they don't need to deal with that extra stress.

I have had mixed experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacists are usually nice and willing to help, However, one of the support staff in particular, I believe her name is Kathy, is very condescending and never wants to help. Each time I call, she always has an excuse of why can't do something and when I talk to other people, they always get it done. Maybe she should go get herself a new job because she is dragging down the Pharmacy and giving the pharmacy a bad reputation.
