Nice home improvement store. Somethings have better selection than Homedepot. Most of the people working here are generally more helpful than at the Home Depot.

I have worked with some lovely people here. My Whirlpool washer dryer was defective and I am waiting for a refund. Do not use their installation service. The corporation contracts with them. I had 3 teams. The first was contemptuous. They connected the new dryer hose to the old so it was 12 feet long and the dryer did not work well. The hot water was left off. One foot of the unit was left off and sitting broken in the corner of the laundry pan. They left rags and dirt in the laundry pan. They hurried off grinning. As I was checking out the unit in the hall, one angrily told me to hold my door open for him. They had poor English. They asked me for a wrench, did not have a screwdriver or a level! Incompetent mostly. The second team did not diagnose the defect either. Once the washer started, buckets of water filled the laundry pan; this could easily have been diagnosed. I had 3 weeks of frustration and stress, meeting 3 teams, 9 or more phone calls, on hold, waiting for callbacks. My frantic calls to the install teams went unanswered. And all this time I could not clean my clothes! And I spent $1600! It is so hard to have this kind of hateful actions in your home! I feel a bit like I was visited by a strong evil force. Finally one member of the third team was a fine person. I am waiting for a fourth visit so they can haul the washer/dryer away.

I have been billed for two non-working dryers purchased from Lowe's Plymouth and returned to them. On 9/6/2022 we bought an Amana gas dryer with installation for $968.51. The first was delivered but I had to then arrange installation by Lowe's plumbing subcontractor. The installers came on 9/15 and tried to get it to work for ~ 1 hour. Our gas line was fine and the drum spun but the dryer did not heat. Lowe's installation support took 3 weeks before they could deliver and arrange installation for a second unit on 10/5/2022. This unit failed to work. For a while we lived with 2 Amana dryers, one in the laundry room and another in the adjacent dining room. Meanwhile Synchrony Bank, Lowe's lending arm, started sending "Have you made your payment yet?" notices. Lowe's picked up the one in the dining room but left the one in the laundry room for a separate plumbing team to disconnect in mid October. I wrote a letter documenting my difficulties to Marvin Ellison CEO of Lowe's in North Carolina. A sympathetic assistant promptly phoned me and apologized, assuring me that the store would cancel the sale and reimburse the $100 we had sent. Yesterday Lowe's billed me an additional $578 for the second dryer for a total of $1476.99. Both dryers have been returned. EVERY TIME I THINK LOWE'S HAS BOTTOMED OUT, THEY MANAGE TO TUNNEL UNDER. I will continue this story as news breaks. Please avoid my mistake and avoid Lowe's.

Lowes took our flooring order only to cancel it a week later and two days before scheduled delivery when we had everything set up for installation. When trying to order another set of flooring it was another 17 day wait. When dealing with management they did not care about our inconvenience and provided very poor customer service.

Consistently some of the worst service I've seen in a big box store. For 4+ years they have been consistently understaffed, relying on self-checkouts and only a human or two up front. On busy Sat mornings you will routinely see maybe 5-10 staff total across the entire store. Contrast that with their competitors down the road and they easily have 4x that.

I started looking for a new refrigerator this spring, as our old one was requiring defrosting more and more frequently. Started my shopping at Lowe's in Plymouth, MN, and also looked at lots of other places. No other place came close to the customer service I had during the process at Lowe's. Stayshawna was wonderful to work with. She was helpful and friendly, but never pushy. After looking at the other places, settled back with Lowe's, and I couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Incredibly frustrating. I order 8 windows in May, slated for July 20th delivery. Then it was postponed until mid-September, which I accepted and planned the project around that date. In the middle of July, they cancelled 6 of the 8 windows because "they were no longer in inventory" and "the product number had changed". I was told to re-order and that it would be possible to get them delivered at the time promised, mid-September. I re-ordered and then got the notification that the 6 that Lowe's had cancelled would actually be delivered in November. I have siding coming on August 1st and no windows. I called their support number and was told "There is legitimately nothing I can do." Incredibly disappointed that Lowe's doesn't stand behind their own mistakes. In the end I cancelled the entire order, and while I'm sure they aren't going to go out of business because I'm mad at them, I do hope that someone sees this review and thinks twice about placing your trust in them.

I ordered a kitchen appliance bundle on June 4 2022. After waiting almost two weeks for my new appliances and took the day off from work to be home for this delivery The store calls me later morning the day the appliances were to be delivered to say my payment did not clear. Instead of letting me know there was an issue the day before when I could have called my bank to resolve.. They waited to inform until the day of the appointment and proceeded to tell me they cancelled my delivery. I had confirmed my purchase with the bank on multiple occasions.. This was my first time buying new appliances and the next major purchase like this will not be Lowes as this has been the most frustrating experience. My family has been without a refrigerator for two weeks. Never again. It took me five minutes to call my bank and payment went through. They could have let me know before the day of the delivery. The customer service is no good.

Would think they’d care more about making sales and helping customers. Stopped in to buy some LP smart siding which their website says they have 192 in stock. Forklift driver and lumber guys were far too busy closing aisles than helping a customer. When I asked for help I was told to come back another day because the siding pieces are in the yard. I’ll find another box store from now on.
