It's a coffee shop; and I'm a tea drinker, so not the best judge of their business. Although, they do have good blended chai here! It's good to have a popular chain coffee shop, (other than Starbucks) so handy to Mayo Clinic, without having to go outside. Plus, they're right across from Cinnabon & Auntie Anne's!

We don’t have Caribou coffee where I live so I decided to try it since I’m seeing them everywhere in MN. The man behind the counter was very friendly. Gave me some tips on what to try since I only like sweet iced coffee. It was a very busy place but they had plenty of staff so the wait wasn’t long. Coffee and breakfast sandwich was delicious. It is pricey but aren’t most coffee shops? 🤷♀️ great job guys ! Keep up the good work.

The drinks are always good at Caribou, and the service is always just as wonderful. But this store was just too loud. Not only for myself and my wife but the couple that sat next to us. We sat in the back by a door that leads to a back room and employees went in and out and the door slammed each time like the loud slamming of a hotel room door. Then there was a counter that they went into in the seating area, and guess what...that one slammed too! Please put some weather stripping or bumpers on the jam of the back door and cabinet, and your guests will enjoy their experience as much as the service and product.

I had some time before my appointments this morning so I sat here drinking my coffee. Listening to the gentleman at the counter warmed my heart. He knows all the regulars by name and is happy to answer questions. I have watched him explain options to at least 4 or 5 people. He knows his stuff and loves to share with his customers. Caribou is lucky to have him!

The woman serving coffee was so incredibly rude! A sweet elderly lady couldn’t hear her order because she had a hearing aid and the woman snapped at her, embarrassing her. The older lady turned to me and said “I have difficulty hearing” and pointed to her hearing aid. Then I asked the status of my coffee (because I had received my sandwich five minutes earlier) and she snapped at me as well with the meanest look on her face. Such a horrible attitude - and the first rude person I have encountered in Rochester.

My favorite Caribou Coffe location. It was also the first Caribou I ever visited. You never forget your first love! This location in the subway area of downtown Rochester is very close to the Mayo clinic. Early in the morning the scent of Caribou coffe's Breakfast Blend wafts through the air. Everything that is good about Caribou Coffee can be found here. Amazing coffee, delicious bakery items, the warm, woodsy northern architecture and those wonderful little snack boxes. This. Is. Caribou.

Normally I wouldn’t review a coffee shop that’s a nation wide chain but this particular store was great. It was crazy busy but staff were on top of it. Young lady recommended food that was GF & Keto. Definitely a great addition to a really good cup of coffee. I’ll probably return here again before I leave Rochester. 👍🏼
