So I’m from out of town, stopped by for a sip, they were slammed, short staffed, and there registers were down. Best attitudes ever though! Even though everything was going wrong the service was well above expectations. This location (#49133) should serve as example on how to handle stress!

This Starbucks is kinda hit or miss, sometimes it’s perfect, like today it was absolutely perfectly made, but other times they way way over do the cream and it’s like drinking milk. Overall it seems to mostly be made right here, and staff is always super friendly and nice, that’s never been a problem.

The one who took orders spoke too low we could not confirm our order. She gave us 4 coffees instead of one. The 2 coffees, were cold also !!!!! Very uncharacteristic of such a brand

My vanilla latte on Saturday had too much foam and was only 1/2 full and rest foam and frothy, bacon Gouda break was hard in the middle. We returned on Sunday and same order was perfect. So take it as most times they are good.

This particular location is just awful. The staff were unprofessional and rude, not only to customers, but to each other which is odd. They also tried to mansplain Starbucks to me, and I’m sorry but I’ve been ordering Starbucks for longer than their shift lead has been alive. They gave me steamed milk with what tasted like straight unsweetened cocoa powder for a kids hot chocolate (it was awful and bitter and not the right temperature for my son), and didn’t make my flat white correctly. When I asked for it to be corrected, they told me that’s just how it is. It was just not a good experience.

Fun fact: I actually don’t like Starbucks but this specific store is one I love so much I go there anyways. I have nothing but positive interactions with the girls and guys (psssst, Karen’s, if you’re nice to people their nice to you) and I just love stopping by and talking with them. Never had a drink made wrong, fast service, kindest workers. Love em and the drinks!! Thanks guys!!

This location is a little inconsistent when they make the drinks. But the staff is always super friendly and the service pretty quick, depending on the time of day. (Not related to my rating and isn't the fault of the business but I don't know what crackhead designed this driveway and parking lot. Beware and enter from the north.) 🙄

Where is Garrett? I have been going to whichever coffee shop Garrett is at for a while now because I find his store is the only store that can consistently make my drinks correctly! He was at the south Broadway store and the north Broadway silver lake store but the new manager at silver lake just argues with you that the dink is made correct. I need to find Garrett so I can head over to his store and can enjoy my daily cup of perfection

coffee is good, food is good. sierra is an especially good barista. only problem is that 1/5 times you come in the music is trash and whoever gets the aux for those times needs their ear privileges restricted.
