I came around 1am to buy a Amazon gift card for $330. The cashier proceeded to say he couldn’t do anything because it was night? I wasted time and fuel heading to a further kwip trip that did accept it.told the cashier if this was a rule they said no. So thanks a lot.

I had a small snag at the car wash and the manager came out with a new carwash code + a giftcard for my wait time (which was not long!) Great customer service on remedying the situation! (07/21 7:45A)

I have a 3 pound registered emotional support dog, she has papers and a badge. The young dark haired girl named “Shauna” told me I wasn’t allowed to bring her back inside when I bring her inside every where with me, no one ever asks for paperwork when they see her badge. I have even brought it in and showed them multiple times. She is not friendly or understanding. She also isn’t the manager so it is illegal for her to ask me. I have extreme anxiety, epilepsy and ptsd. I called and spoke to the actual manager right after this happened, he was very understanding.

Granted the situation, yes I was there sitting in my car for a while talking on the phone for an hour and I walked in to get cash out of ATM and use the restroom and did buy a coffee (was going to actually buy more than this but I wanted to leave). But some older man came into the restroom stating I may need medical attention or asked if he should call the police because of how long I've been there. I have never felt more insulted nor ever been treated as if I was a criminal when I wasn't doing anything suspicious except going about my day. I will simply take my business elsewhere. Hopefully that man gets an attitude adjustment, or at least learn how to approach a customer.

I really like your Kwik Trip gas station because I liked the pump, and it was easy to pay by my debit card at the pump.

Several washes to pick from. Even the least expensive wash does a great job.

Love my Kwik stores. Staff was friendly and helpful. We needed lettuce for our salad and they were out on the floor. The associate went to the back and got a head for us. Very nice.
