New Update: 8/2022: I buy all my gas at Costco - Top Tier and 4% on you Costco Card if you are a Gold Star member using their Citi Card. Very few waits there, and same price. I still like (and USE) Scan & Go at Sam's (Why doesn't everyone, it's SO easy?) I almost laugh when I see people standing in line to check out. You don't have to do that. Just use your cell phone and the app to scan your products as you put them in the card. Swipe to pay, and leave without any wait. Sam's is still way behind on any organic foods. (* Star there). It's fairly clear to me that they are catering to people who want cheaper prices and don't care so much about ingredients. The evidence of that is the fact that Lays Corporation has taken over all of the chip department. Very few healthy choices, but I suppose it's the stuff that kids love. To be honest, I don't have to worry THAT much about the price differences. I'd go for the organic anytime even if it costs more, but I know many people have to be a lot more careful. Sams is probably a good place for that. Old update...Feb 2022 - The gas station is always a hassle, wait in line, routed left for left fill vehicles, but some pumps aren't used since you have to ignore their route plan to get there. It's really a stupid gas station setup. In the club, Scan & Go is great, no more waiting at checkout, ***** five stars for that, but less due to the fact that they are way behind in organic foods! Costco does it better. AND 2022, STILL behind, if not worse.

I had never really had any problems with Sam's Club, until they decided to start charging a "pickup fee." Seriously? We pay membership fees, and they want more? Whatever money I may have saved would just be taken back in ridiculous fees. Definitely NOT renewing my membership or ever considering them again.

I would like to say Sam's Club did a wonderful job with adding the $4 charge for pickups.... Why have a membership fee and terrible hours and keep adding other fees? I will not be renewing by membership or recommending Sam's Club to anybody. You can thank the person that made the decision to add more fees.

Love same club! The ability to ring my stuff up with my phone as I shop, then just breeze out the door can’t be beat! Plus their return policy is A+! The fresh sushi is amazing and watching them make it is fun!

We had Heidi in membership services help us today and she was so helpful and patient and kind,it's been so long since we have experienced customer service on that level.Sams is lucky to have her!!!

The club itself does great but the but the gas station portion always have the wrong price posted. Wiper fluid to clean your windshield is always empty. And they never have towels.

So I was looking at the new tires this evening that my wife just had put on her van at your shop.. you guys didn't replace any of the valve stems.. I know this cause the brass on every stem is still corroded and they have the same caps.. I stuck a cap from my snow blower on one wheel because it went missing this winter. I'll be calling tomorrow.

Its 85 miles from my house and I make it there only once a year. Good place to find things ( no one else has ). Paid my $45 a year membership. Been with them for over 20 years I think. When I lived in Mpls.

Gross gross gross! We shop here ALL the time for everything. Clothes, animal supplies, food, pharmacy. Get something from every part of the store! On more than one occasion I've bought the big bakery muffins. They are a favorite! Breakfast or snack staple in this house. Almost everytime we get the muffins there's one or more that the top has a gooey top. It's not cooked right. And you can't tell from looking at the top if they aren't cooked right. These pics are just from the ones I bought on 11/27/21.

Waiting almost 3 hours for our tire rotation. This is the worst place to buy tires. Save your money and go elsewhere. Will not be renewing our business membership because the extra long time to get tires rotated. Plus they don't have anyone answering calls unless the employee is at the counter.
