They don't actually work their posted hours and don't answer ther phones. Find another place. I'll be logging a complaint with uhaul, as I'm now going to be charged an extra day because I can't get into the storage unit I rented... because they are not here to let me in.. and I can't drop off the truck, as it's still full!!
