The assistant manager said that they keep the door locked on the east side of the store because there is only one person to check you out. I didn't question her anymore but I see three people behind the counter and I pray they never have an emergency for the customer to escape through. This is an on going problem at this store. Not to mention they always say their out of gas.

Reading previous reviews I see a pattern of the staff overcharging people at this gas station. The attendant charged me $2.39 for a medium icee which said $1.89 and when I asked if she was charging me for medium or large she said she hit the right button but, if you did it would have rang up the right price. It's not like its's hard to push a button on a register. Also they don't have the small icee cups they force you to buy the bigger size and they keep the straws near the front because I guess they are worried about someone stealing their dog straws. Don't recommend this place at all.

I will never again set foot in this gas station! If u ever come across the black lady named Lynn (Jacqueline) u might as well expect the worst service ever. She's disrespectful and has bad customer service.

I pumped gas, I did not get my receipt from the pump. I don't think there is any paper in the pump.

I 💕 the manager... She is so nice.. but her assistant manager is SO rude.. the black man never smiles and he looks at you like you crazy

I was there about an hour ago. Cashier tried to charge me $89.00 for a carton of cigarettes. That price included Marlboro discount and $7.00 in coupons. She had to call someone to ask if I could use the coupons. They were legitimate Marlboro coupons. I told her something wasn't right but she said it was the right price. I told her she could keep them. No apology or I'm sorry " Her and the other cashier said...Cigarettes went up! And if they have gone up to $9.00 a pack...it's time to quit smoking. Buyers Beware!! Cigarettes are $9.00 a pack at Clark's... Exxon on the corner of pass rd and pops Ferry!

I couldn't get the gas i wanted, but this team was good. They were super busy, shipment just came, they only had premium gas, customers were not being understanding, and the team was doing a great job! I've worked in convenience stores. It's one of the hardest menial pay jobs that no one ever respects. I respected this team today.

Some staff are friendly, but most won't even make eye contact with you or speak to you while checking you out. More often than not, the two cashiers are having a conversation and continue to have the conversation while checking you out without acknowledging you. I've even said good morning or asked how they were doing and was completely ignored. They also get visibly annoyed when you come up to the counter, as if you coming in and purchasing things is a huge inconvenience and annoying to them. My coworkers and I work across the street and this is the only place in walking distance for snacks and drinks, so we really don't have a choice but to put up with the rude, disrespectful staff.

As we traveled from helping our son, who's apartment roof caved in Ida in New Orleans, I entered the subway side of the station and was promptly yelled at " we are closed for shift change, get out! " Now the pumps were turned off even though this shift change was happening and several people were waiting for gas. We have our gas light coming on, and they won't even let us buy gas!! No gas for miles and we stop and they are so rude! Never will stop at an Exxon station again!
