I called Earth Walk to check on the size of a HOKA shoe. I was told that the HOKA shoe I wanted was in stock. At the store, the sales person said they did not have the shoe. They suggested another size. This was a wasted trip. In addition, they had a mask policy.

I intended to buy 2 pair of sandals today but I was told that I had to wear a mask. I have reasons that I cannot wear a mask so I was told that the employer required one. So I left.

Sarah took great care of my wife and I when we visited here. She took the time to show us different types and even suggested different sizes based on the shape of the shoe. My wife and I both got new shoes that day. My wife got a new pair of Hoka and I got a pair of Altra Olympus with a footshape. Very comfortable!! This store has a great selection of comfortable shoes for men and women. Shop with confidence.

Samantha was our sales associate. Very efficient and knowledgeable about the shoes! Nothing ended up fitting me so she found a pair in their catalog that she thought would work. No obligation to keep them if I don't like them! I ALWAYS have trouble finding a good fitting pair of shoes, but I think these will work just fine! They are expensive, but, for me, well worth the price!

Bought two pairs of shoes tried them on felt fine. After an hour wearing them they gave me blisters on sides of fear. Tried to return and told no returns. I spent $400 on shoes I can’t wear! My suggestion is to wear your shoes in the store for hours before purchasing ???!!! Won’t recommend or be back

I discovered Hoka shoes. The heel is lower than the ball of the foot. Instant comfort and support. WOW. I felt balanced and walked energetically. Best shoes ever. Our lovely sales lady was so well informed and helpful. Thank you Hazel. I live in the Dallas area, but from now on, I’m shopping for shoes here.

I ordered the wrong size shoe and was upset because the slippers I ordered were a great product. I called Larry and he immediately took action. After receiving the slippers I sent back , he sent out a bigger size slipper which is due to arrive shortly. Thanks so much for wonderful customer service.

Great Service! My very 1st time coming in the store & I may hv bn there 20mins tops. I was looking for some work shoes & The staff was very nice & professional. My shoes were around $100 but the comfort of the shoe was well worth it I’ve had them for 1.5yrs now. It’s Time for some more & I will b bk.
