Went in just to pay my phone bill, and the "manager Hayley" Was incredibly rude, and unresponsive to any customer needing assistance, she'd scared off two customer's, and then she looks right at me and with this crazy look on her face asked me "What did you say?" I got frightenedd and left. Needless to say I went else where to pay my phone. And left Crazy Hayley at the metro place.... Wierd Experience***

Poor experience! This place is not LGBT friendly. The guy that was working there today was rude, incompetent and not willing to do his job. In short I went to the store due to a manufacturer defect. My phone shut off after 30 days and wouldn't charge. This store did nothing to help yet the corporate store on Aden and Howe was able to help.

Such a bad experience! First i went in employees was not wearing her mask.I had to tell employee to please wear a mask. He give me a mean look 😣. I wanted to upgrade my phone but they keep on forcing me to get a new number. This had to be the worst service i ever got! I left the store

I buy a phone from here they made my payment $70. I wanted $30 plan force me to do auto Pay know I paid $70 when I wanted $30 plan and they won't refund my money. Don't go here shady business!!

It would have been a five! I must first say that I am an Amazon prime member and TMobile. Excited about the partnership. So then I must say that the transition was not an easy one. Especially when it comes to the incompetent training the staff must have received to prepare for it. The person behind the counter never made eye contact with me and frankly appeared to be a little bit annoyed by my request. She then told me that my card was declined. Which it wasn't. I didn't feel welcomed there and I plan on telling my friends. My prime membership is good. Just waiting for my $7.00 credit.
