Actually rather displeased this shopping trip. I needed to order 8 pieces of PVC and when I went to self checkout, I asked if I could pay for it there and have someone bring out to my car and help me load it. I was advised I couldn't, that I'd have to get it and load myself. Took me 10 minutes trying to free the tie that holds the bundle together and another almost 10 minutes trying to figure out how they would go in my buggy without rolling off or sliding out. Thankfully a nice couple stopped to help me. Thanks for the help Lowes.

Complete headache. Ay any given time there are probably 30 workers who are not at all educated on anything in the store. These big box stores keep jacking up the price and your getting very poor quality product..just go to the wood section.$90 for a sheet of plywood that's going to be either damaged or crooked/warped..

Very rood... Will not answer phone.... Was gonna get tires for my vehicle and wanted to ck prices.... Was hung up on 3xs in less then a half hr.... In store people were rood ... Rather play on their phones then take care of customers.... I won't use Walmart in this location again again.... I will be talking to corporate ASAP....

The absolute WORST customer service. Waiting on a special order SIX months. And each time I call to inquire about this, placed on HOLD each time and they NEVER return to to the line. When I call back and they realize why I am calling, same thing. No response. Taking my money to the small business owners. I’ll pay a bit more to be treated like a real customer. Not a credit card purchase. Shameful.

Good assistance for the evening customer service guy. Needed paint return. No one in the paint department and he took out the time to do it himself. Always need assistance with cement bags and the guys in the evening always assist with a great attitude....much appreciated 👍🏽

Bought a brand new John Deere mower, less than 70 hours later, the thing is broken down and won’t move. Luckily, it’s under warranty still. But, I Can’t get anyone to answer the phones, I’ve had someone pick up twice and not answer, just leave the phone off the hook and continue having a personal conversation with another employee about “shitty customers”. This is basically the exact treatment you get in the store too. If there were any other real options, I’d never go here again.

The store itself is ok but the parking lot is so dark it seems like the store manager is encouraging....maybe even assisting criminals to steal from vehicles. Would not want my daughters or significant other to shop there at night. Very unsafe environment.

Lowe's Home Improvement is always on point by having virtually any product an individual, from a licensed contractor to my beautiful lady that loves pet projects such as using her newfound love, glitter spray paint, to beautify all her tables, glassware, & anything else she desires. As always Lowe's has a undisputed knowledgeable staff that will offer & go above & beyond to help you get your building supply needs handled... Almost every time. (Can't always bat .1000.)🤷♂️
