This is where you go for knowledgeable, friendly staff. You will only be there 5 minutes because they will help you, put what you need in your hands, and send you back out to your day. Say goodbye to roaming a huge store lost for 3 hours on Saturday because no one has a clue what things do or where they are. Front door park, grab the right stuff, go!

Best thing about shopping here is advice. The workers can always point you to what you're looking for and they can share experience/advice sometimes. Friendly service is a constant. You can get cheaper prices but the staff is worth spending a few extra çents,

I used to live in Clinton and would frequent the Ace store there. Always received exceptional customer service there from the moment I walked in the store. Moved to Rankin County and went to the local Ace store for some paint. Spent about 20 minutes in the store and NOT ONE person greeted me or asked if I needed help. And I really did need help too. Decided to just leave and drive all the way to the Clinton store. I don’t want to give up on Ace altogether but won’t go to this one again.

They help you look for what you need! They ALL care, every single employee in the Spillway location, that you get what you're looking for or need. If you ask a question and the super nice employee helping you doesn't know the answer they ASK their coworkers if THEY know!
