The greeters were nice, but we couldn’t even go in the store and get a washer and dryer. After waiting an hour, and having to call the store. Finally getting a person to answer. They told us it would still be another hour to even get the washer and dryer from the back. They needed a key? Oh! They told my husband we didn’t understand why it was such a process. I understand that you won’t take my $1,200 so we will go else where and spend our money. Never again will we shop at this Lowe’s location.

their costumers service ,is really Gone down the drain . I walked around 10 or minutes waiting on some one to come help me .they pages someone time I asked for help but it took that long. had 3 sales people walk right by never spoke or asked if I need help Going self Check out is hurting them .

While they didn't have what I needed, the guy in the plumbing department was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also recommended another place in the area who might have what I was looking for. But I couldn't leave empty handed, so I bought a lawnmower.
