The call center was a terrible experience. The young man taking my order could hardly speak English and I had to repeat myself multiple times. There was so much background noise like he was in a public areas and he couldn’t hear for all the distraction. I love honk that a 1.8 Billion company should be able to figure this out. God only know what kind of pizzas I will end up with.

My order was received flipped in the box ,and I tipped the driver good online. They remade the order and the second one was cold. So my night didn't go so well with my family, so thanks to the delivery guy.

I just hung up with the young lady on 5/8/2020 at 4pm I ordered the same as I always order and she tried to charge me for each topping on a specialty pizza adding an extra $10 and told me she didn't make the prices to deal with it. I told her I would deal with it, cancel my order and I called DOMINOs ! Franchises need to remember your not the only game in town, you need to better educate your employees so they do not cost you money. I will not be back Papa! DEAL WITH IT!!!!!

Order two large pizzas both in one was a chicken barbecue the other was a pepperoni and I ordered cheese sticks with sauce. I was disappointed when I opened it up the sauce container is so small and probably one cheese stick for the sauce. The chicken barbecue Pizza had too much barbecue sauce on it and hardly any toppings and for $32 I would expect more for two pizzas.
