Very unprofessional General Manager Yolonda O’Briant. I witness her behave very distasteful and unruly by cursing at a customer and most of all throwing drinks and other items at him through the window. This was a terrible example as leader for this franchise and showed very little respect for herself and her employees who were on duty as well. I will never recommend to Popeyes to anyone.

Takes forever, especially around 11-2, and the food is subpar at best

HIGHLY disappointed in my order. Went to order the chicken sandwich for my husband. They were already sold out for the day. It wasn't even late! I ordered the shrimp special. I ate 2 shrimp but I had the urge to throw up. I knew they weren't fresh, obviously, but they had a funny taste to them. Smelled very fishy, more than they should. It was like they were almost soured. Enjoyed the sweet tea though 🤷♀️

We went inside to order thinking we would get it right for sure-NOT! I asked for an Arnold Palmer and got half sweetened tea. They didn't have enough tenders to fill my order so they gave me a chicken thigh and left my biscuits for my family meal off completely! They used to be on point t but it gets worse by the month!!

A fast food chain out of fries on one of the busiest traveling days of the year. Great planning on their part. Also if you want a Sweet Tea make sure to ask for a Dr. Pepper. I didn't know this before hand I mistakenly asked for a Sweet Tea and was given a Dr. Pepper.

They decided to close early tonight. After waiting in a long line wrapped around the building just as I pulled up to the speaker ready to order (8:57pm) they announced they where closed . Then shut the lights out in the drive through. I have a feeling all three or more employees stayed until the correct closing time (10pm) on the clock. Judging by the other reviews this is just par for the course for this location. Wa

1st time at this sub par restaurant. Not what is expected from a well known franchise. At the drive thru there was so much background noise from the employees inside that it was difficult to understand the clerk. 8 minutes wait time at the window. My mother ordered an apple pie, they didn't have any ready and stated "it will take about 4 minutes". So instead of waiting longer we got extra biscuits. We get our order that included 2 teas, they didn't incude a straw. When I checked the drinks mom's tea didn't have any ice and mine had about 5 pieces of ice. I ask for honey mustard for my chicken strips, they gave me 2 packs of honey😠. The chicken strips were rubber. The mac and cheese was pastey. Sloppy at the window, out of products that are on the menu, food undercooked, drinks without ice and no straws. Oh we did get 4 napkins. Btw this location doesn't serve breakfast.

Horrible fast food place. Waited over 10 minutes ordering. Was half way through ordering and was told to wait, was almost 10 minutes just ordering then was told to pull up past window (was only car we seen that had to pull up) then waited 40 minutes before our food came out and wasn't even all our food. Went inside and spoke with "manager" who kept telling me I must have added food at the window after showing her the receipt with all our order. Horrible service, would not recommend going to this location ever. Hateful and poor service.

Ok, this was on a Sunday night at 9pm. They don’t close for an hour. They were out of regular tenders for the night. They were out of tea for the night. The fries were cold. The spicy tenders were super dry, probably been under the warmer for hours. The person waiting on us could not get the order straight. It took me 4-5 times to get her to understand I wanted a #7 and a drink. I just believe if a restaurant is open they should have what’s on the menu. They shouldn’t shut down production more than an hour before they close so they can clean up and get out of there. Never had that problem at any other Popeyes. Trust me, I eat a lot at Popeyes on the MS cost. Never had Thais problem.

I went through the drive thru yesterday, June 12th around 5:30 and The girl working (wish I’d gotten her name) was GREAT. Lately my experience at fast food drive thru’s has been awful. She was very pleasant when taking my order and when I pulled up, she had a smile on her face. My order was right (which rarely happens) and I didn’t have to ask for sauce, straws or a cupholder.
