Got a dress altered for a wedding im in, the size fits great looks great but the bottom is uneven and it is NOTICEABLY uneven. So maybe dont go here if you want your hemline even :) Service: Alterations

This was the second time I have had work done there. Her craftsmanship is outstanding. She altered my wedding dress. It turned out looking like it was made at the factory, but better because it was a perfect fit. She had the job complete exactly on schedule. I definitely will be using her for all my alteration needs. And bragging to all my friends not just about her timely craftsmanship but because she was so reasonable on price. Absolutely 5 stars from me!!!

Came in here to get my sleeves patched on my thermals... She said they were "too far gone" and didn't want to help me. So I went to my neighbors house & had it done by hand in about 15 minutes, without any issue.

Integraty and honesty should always be top priority. If you make a mistake or under bid a job you should always take the loss, a return customer is far more profitable. Unfortunately my experience with Jennys alterations was not a good one, you made the mistakes and I took the loss. Very disappointed

I’ve been going to her for years and not only is she an amazing steamstress she is the sweetest lady! I live about 25 mins away now and still continue to drive to her and drop off my items. I also recommend her to all my friends.

The owner is such a nice lady. She helped alter a few dresses where the straps were a bit too long and the dress just didn't sit in the right places. Came back after a week and she had both finished and they fit perfectly. I will be taking all my clothes to her from now on.

I had a dress altered recently, the dress was supposed to be pressed before I picked it up. When I picked the dress up in was in a bag the bottom was in a ball, it was wrinkled and the dress no longer fit. I felt very rushed, like I interrupted her. I now have to replace my dress there is not a way to fix it.
