5 stars for Nice & friendly tax filing agents👍 But 3 stars only for the very high fees $$ they charge for basic and straight forward tax scenarios as the fees doesn't justify tax savings plus i was expecting more helpful suggestions for prudent investment tips or allowed tax savings legally permitted by IRS & state

Called to check what papers. I need to bring in. I have a freshman in college so wasnt sure.I asked if I could deduct his laptop. I had to buy him for college. She ask what school doesn't provide them. Then suggest he should go to community college. Lady who asked you. I will take my business else where.
