Would rate 0 if I could. They took almost 3 hours to change two tires and the proceeded to try and charge me another 50 dollars and yelled at me when I argued with them about the wrong price, then took another hour to fix it and get me the right price.terrible customer service and terrible tech service, never using again and would never recommend. Services: Tire rotations, Tires

It's Walmart. They do the job. Depends on the individual doing the work and helping you at the register. Glad they have my tire size. This time it only took an hour so I was satisfied. Sometimes ya have to keep an eye on what's going on there

I went to have a basic oil change. I ended up having all my check engine lights come on and attempted to contact the Automotive center, was told that there was "no way they could have left the plug out." I know very little about Car maintenance, all my oil had leaked out by 5pm the next day. Another Walmart location in Branson on Bee Creek apologized for the filter being put in incorrectly and changed it. The car seems to be running OK. I again contacted Walmart and they still have not called me back.

We've been going there since just before dirt was discovered. Kudos to Bonnie!!!! But, the website says they open at 8:00, and I called yesterday to see if it's still by appointment, and they said, "First come, first served." So I was there at 7:45 this morning. They open at 9:00. I told them up front, and I told Bonnie. As of now, the website, and a googlesearch still says 8:00. No biggie, but . . . .

Made appointment to have tires put on. After waiting 30 minutes, they informed me that my driver's window wouldn't go down so they couldn't disinfect car and therefore couldn't put tires on. Nothing was said before hand about car disinfecting.

They were great! My vehicle would not start and I was pretty sure I needed a battery. An employee followed me across to the far side of the parking lot to give me a jump and I drove around to the bays. Another employee helped me in selecting the right battery and they installed it for no extra charge!!

Had one bolt in the tire needing patched... Arrived at 2:35pm on 5/25/18. Figured id get my tires balanced and rotated too while here, and it was slow (I pulled up I was the only one in line). It is now 4:20pm they just got done balancing the 2nd tire! I marked the tires lets see if they are actually going to rotate them right.... 6 techs that I can see, Ray is the tech assigned to this job apparently because all the rest are standing around staring at him as he works slower than my dead grandmother moves... Not happy Update at 5pm they didnt rotate the tires the rear driver went to front driver ..... Unbelievable

Bonnie Jeffrey Jeffrey number two and the whole gang there are always so very helpful and friendly. We take all of our vehicles there for new tires. I highly recommend these folks.
