Purchased a re-built 2013 Razor XP, understanding it was “as is” rode it 4 times and it jumped time and blew out the cam shaft and head. Called and was told that’s just the way it goes with those things… so you want us to re build it for you??!! We are a month and half out! Lol I’m going to take it to a reputable repair shop and pay 2000.00 to fix it but thanks for all your help!

The owner and or the mechanic(s) in this shop are either uneducated or distrustful! Maybe both! I received an estimate from them totaling upwards of $1000 for a repair I needed done. I did my research and called two other local certified dealers to get ballpark estimates from them as well. I spoke with the Service Manager and Service Technicians at both of the local shops. Everyone I spoke to at both shops emphatically disagreed with what I had been told by Gresham Powersports and that they were completely wrong. Both of those dealers also quoted within $50 of each other and both of their estimates were under $250 total!!! In addition to all this, I was able to perform the repair myself like I have before on a different ATV. Cost me $18 for the part! Will NOT be returning to this shop nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Love this place! They have fixed my Honda 4-wheeler and has changed the oil on our Harleys. Great owners who are very talented and professional. I highly recommend them!!
