Cheri at Glenn Betz jewelers is absolutely fantastic. She helped my now husband and I design a custom engagement ring and band and was extremely knowledgeable, kind, honest and very patient with us. This was my go to jeweler when I lived close. I moved 39 mins away but still make the drive. Why? They treat you like a friend! AND Cheri helped me select and design the perfect special piece! It had my mommas handwriting (she passed away) as well as a block with my daughters handwriting! I will never take it off!

What a wonderful experience working with Cheri at Betz Jewelers. My mom passed away earlier this year and gifted me some of her fine jewelry. Cheri reminded me so much of my mom; beautiful, classy, knowledgeable and caring. It started as a emotional visit sorting through my mom’s gems but ended with a beautiful set of earrings, and new design for my wedding band made from my mom’s diamonds.Cheri has given me so many wonderful ideas on how to use my mom’s gems and diamonds. She was so patient throughout the process and made sure to give me a huge hug at the end. David Betz and his father Glenn made my experience so very personalized with their warm personalities too. . David and his staff are great. I worked with David and his designers to come up with a very original and unique engagement ring for my fiancée. With my lack of knowledge of the industry and correct "jewelry language" David was able to understand what I wanted and transform that in to an unbelievable product. The quality of the ring is first class and within budget. I would never think about going anywhere else for jewelry. His team made me feel like my engagement ring was the most important ring they have ever worked on. Truly a remarkable experience.
