I called wanting a rear bearing and hub in my Lincoln MKZ. I was quoted $66. He said it would be there tomorrow and took my number. I showed up a couple days later after no call and the guy said the price was $180. Bait and switch. Should be illegal.. I was talked to very badly when I told them I had already been quoted a price on the phone of $66. I said the guy got it for me. He was a arrogant axxhole. If I could give a zero star I would. I hope the owner contacts me.

MIKE KNEW WHAT I NEEDED AS SOON AS I WALKED IN BECAUSE I HAD BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH THEM OVER THE LAST COUPLE DAYS AND HE COULDN'T FIND WHAT I NEEDED AND WENT THROUGH MANY RESOURCES AND FOUND IT AT TOM'S STORE IN FARMINGTON MISSOURI I LEFT AND THEY HAVE THE PART READY FOR ME IT TOOK ME LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES TO GET IN AND GET OUT THEY ARE AMAZING AND I'M SO GRATEFUL.

This store closes at 3.00 PM on Sundays. I drove over there just to find out they changed their hours on Sunday from 4.00 PM to 3.00PM. Their website says open until 4.00 PM but this is not true.
