This place has gone to the dogs. Freaky fast is not something they should advertise. I ordered a little john sandwich with 1 person in front of me and it still took them 15 minutes. It looks like they have a bunch of people that just don't want to work. It gets slower and slower everytime I go there.

Our usual stop when going through Hannibal. I was really disappointed/disgusted to notice the mold on and in the ice maker. The ice had flecks of black, when I looked at the dispenser I saw where it was coming from. The employees were pleasant and the sandwiches came out quickly as usual and made well. I really hope the lack of cleanliness stopped at the ice maker. Parking: Homeless camp alongside parking spots.

I always thought Jimmy Johns was quick but when you wait around 50 minutes to get your order I am thinking it is not so quick. It would have been better I guess to drive there to get your order.

Took very long to make our food. Workers are very unprofessional. Place was mess.

The kitchen is absolutely filthy and the workers are slow and inattentive. Two of them were arguing on the line and one of them simply walked away. I had to ask for my sandwich after waiting a long time because they lost my order. There are old car delivery signs stacked in the dining room and a broken electrical cord “stabbed” my leg for lack of a better word. This is unacceptable and represents a liability.

We stop in Hannibal on our way to and from Kansas City to visit family. Both times this trip was a disaster. 1st stop they were incredibly slow. Little Caesar’s next door made a large pizza fresh faster than our sandwiches were made. On top of that, the sandwiches were not correctly made. 2nd stop, I order an hour in advance for pick up to ensure it’s ready. I figured if I ordered online for pick up there wouldn’t be ANY confusion on customizations. After being in the car for 3.5 with 5 hungry kids we show up. The order is just sitting there, not in a bag and no one says anything, finally after a few minutes of standing there they finally ask if we are here to pick up. Upon starting out on the final part of our drive we realize that not 1 sandwich in the bag is even remotely close to what we ordered. Not even remotely close. Had to turn around and go back, for the staff to just stand there looking even more confused than we left them. Next time we will save the time and gas and stick with pizza.

Waited 10+ minutes to get an incomplete Vito sandwich with Mayo in place of all the vegetables, oil & vinegar, and the oregano-basil. Not only did I not ask for Mayo, the sandwich doesn’t even come with it. I didn’t ask for anything special with the sandwich. I would have been fine with the wait had the sandwich at least been correct. During my 10+ minute wait there 2 separate customers that came in and complained because they had being sitting in the drive thru for more than half an hour.

Food was fantastic as always, but service was slow and the staff seemed really distracted and suffered from very low morale. Hopefully they can bring it together and find a way to work as a team effectively while having fun making each customers experience special.

Literally the slowest Jimmy John’s ever. I am in store and have been waiting 20 minutes for my food, still don’t have it. DO NOT GO HERE.

It took them 35 mins to deliver my food. I ordered a sandwich on the App at work. This is not the first time I have had a deliver sent to my work. They called and acted like they didn't get the delivery address. I waited another 10 mins and called back. This time they said their delivery guy couldn't find the address and they would give him directions when he returned. All in all it took them 35 mins from when I ordered for them to deliver my food. It is less then a 5 min drive to the restaurant. The worst part is I tipped them very well in hopes of getting it fast. The food once received was satisfactory.
