Called to et an estimate. No one showed up or called. So disappointed with Marks Glass. They use to have the best service.

They repair glass like they drive - not well. Left my windshield with a bunch of hand prints (this was years ago). They also drive their vans super aggressively. 85mph+, and cutting off other drivers all the time. I wouldn't trust them to fix a makeup mirror much less automotive glass.

Overall customer service is non existent but feels like it could even be intentionally bad. Windshield was replaced but tech somehow knocked a cap off the windshield wiper. Called a couple times and was referred to this place or that may have received a call from a "manager" at 6 in the morning but it was an unidentified number and no voicemail. Certainly got the invoice in the mail looking for payment. Overall just a lousy experience and I never leave reviews but there is no other way to reach out to the company Service: Auto windshield replacement

Terrible repair and atrocious service. Went in for simple chip repair. The crack looks exactly the same as it did before and not only is it still very visible, but you can still feel the chip in the windshield. I took the car back, asked them to try again and they said they’d “look at it”. Five minutes later I was informed that they are not going to fix it and the reason it looks like that is because the epoxy is injected into the crack and then spreads which is what I am seeing, not the actual crack. Then another associate said to me, “I’ve never actually seen it do that before.” I replied that their repair is not acceptable and it needs to be corrected. Then he tells me that the repair is not supposed to me aesthetic and that’s the best it’s going to get. Which is it? One associate says they’ve never seen that happen and one associate says it’s still going to be visible. Then I was told that he tried to help me but there’s nothing they can do. I originally made a appointment with mark's mobile glass in jefferson city for Feb.28 to have my windshield replaced. I arrived at their location and checked in with the lady at the desk. She took my keys and the technician moved my truck into the facility. I went into the waiting room. A few minutes passed and the same lady came in and informed me that the windshield had not been delivered to them as planned and said that it was at their Columbia location, this is after i called earlier in the day to confirm the appointment. She gave me the option to have the work done their because I had taken off work to get this done. I agreed to do this. She called that location and was informed that the windshield had somehow got broken. She immediately ordered another windshield and another appointment was made. This time they were to come to my work place and change it. The technician arrived and began to change out the windshield. 30 minutes later I received a call from the technician saying that he had broke the new windshield during the install. I immediately called the office and was told that a new windshield would be ordered and that she would have to send a different technician with more experience the following day. Finally the windshield was replaced. I have used other companies in the past and have never had this many issues. This was suppose to be a convenient process but it was everything but that. I had to take off work 3 hours early for starters the first time. I had to leave my truck parked all day yesterday so that they could do the work and broke the window. And then the following day had to do the same. I use my truck at work as part of my duties. I understand that things happen but not once did I recieve a call from anyone checking on the situation. Very poor customer service. I guess it's because in jefferson city there are not that many other choices. I will make the drive somewhere else if I ever need glass services again. I am sure this reveiw is a waste of time because the obvious can care less about customer service!! Very upset with the service received. Needed a 6.5” square piece of residential glass for an old porch light. The residential guy never did call me. Called for the 3rd time today and Ashley told me it would be done today for $12-$15. Fair enough, I needed it cut. When I go in to pick it up, Ashley was busy. The guy who sits on the far opposite side reluctantly offered to help. Rude from the first word out of his mouth. He said it was $22.XX. I questioned him because I didn’t understand how the total went from $12-$15 to $22.XX. With a total attitude he said tax, we charge tax. Excuse me $10 in taxes?! You could tell he assumed I was a dumb woman and continued to treat me as if I was. Ashley finally finished what it was she was doing and stepped over to see what the issue was. She did try to be helpful and mentioned she forgot to tell me there was a $7.50 cutting fee. Ok that makes sense. Told the guy had he mentioned the additional fee that I was unaware of, I would have got it. But not $10 of taxes. At this point he wouldn’t even look at me, so rude. I paid the $22.XX, told him thank you and to have a good evening. That was my first and last time at Mark’s Glass. Learn to respect your women customers and explain the additional charges rather than assume I’m an idiot. I definitely will not recommend Mark’s Glass to anyone. I will also post on the local JC Page, that’s always good for business!

Competitively priced, quick work, super friendly staff, came to my work to replace my windshield so I didn't have to take time out of my day off. They even moved my oil change reminder sticker from my old window to my new one. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to fix their windshield!
