If you want to wait two days for your prescription to be filled… this place is for you! When you drop off a prescription.. especially for pain medication.. there should be some sense of urgency.. but not here there isn’t. Dropped my prescription off at 445 yesterday was told an hour, then the next day, then the following day. I am going to pick up my paper prescription when they open and go somewhere else. The CVS in target on Chouteau was going to fill it for me in 15 minutes.. but the meds were out of stock.

Ordered some photos for Christmas and they were done so cheaply and poorly that I wasted 25$ for 100 4x6 prints 🙄 and will have to order them again from somewhere else. Paper is thin, ink is saturated and blotchy, and the 100$ I spent on photo books is lost as well. I could have bought photo paper from the store and printed my own and done a better job. Very disappointed and will not be printing with them again.

This place is unmanaged and you cannot get help here. Do not waste your time!! As a customer you do not need to hear excuses as to why you cannot get simple help. If they want money they have to be able to help a customer out. This store should be closed.

Pharmacist could not find my appointment even after showing confirmation. He acted like he was doing me a favor by administering the vaccine. Couldn't read his scribbled hand writing on the card and he said that's just how they do it. If the techs are learning from the pharmacist, no wonder they are sub standard. I wish I had read reviews before going.

If you wanna wait 6 hours for them to fill your prescription after they tell you 1 hour than you should go here. Called yesterday three times and no one picked up. I’ll be finding a new pharmacy next month

Being an elderly man, and walking a considerable distance for my condition, to get to this store, and forgetting that a new mask mandate was in place, I got to the front door and realized that I had forgotten my mask. It was early, there were 2 cars in the parking lot, and none in the drive through, and it was a long walk back home, so I thought that maybe I could pick up my wife's prescription by way of the drive through window. I explained the situation to the young lady, who could obviously see that I was an elderly man, and asked for help, and was told that I needed to be in a car, otherwise no service, it was their "policy". It would have been a fast transaction, and nobody else would have been delayed by making a simple exception, considering the circumstances. Of course, if management at this location is so rigid, and stringent, that the young lady would lose her job over making an allowance to the "car policy" drive through rule, I would not want her to lose her lively-hood.
