Terrible service. I arrived Sat at 4pm a find a locked door, though someone, and employee, was inside. I waved at him and knocked to get his attention and ask if they were closed, and if so, was there was another store nearby still open? They’ve always been open on Saturdays - the employee clearly saw me and ignored me. Then I saw a sign saying store now only open Mon-Fri (so recently reduced their hours). I also have a pick up at this store - last day for pick up on Sat.

Chris and Dwight are AWESOME! I came with a package today, and the last truck of the day was literally in the parking lot ready to leave….Chris & Dwight went OUR OF THEIR WAY to hustle and help me get my package wrapped, labeled and put in that truck in time. They were so helpful and so incredibly friendly!!!! I will definitely be coming back here with my next package shipment!!!!!!

Local nonprofits shipped 18 boxes of pads to Maryland then they’ll be sent to Poland for the beautiful people of Ukraine. The team at UPS, especially Chris was incredibly kind and helpful. We are grateful to his help and will ship with their location again.

The customer service at the Brookside UPS is stellar. I've worked with several employees who have gone out of their way to help me with transporting packages, processing my payments over the phone and accommodating special contact-less situations during COVID. What a team!

Literally they are incompetent. If you have anything of Value I suggest you take a picture of the employee who took your package and ask to see it boxed up. I insured my package for an additional 200 dollars because they told me it was already insured for 100.00 so 300.00 total. The package was mysteriously lost in one day and the recipient received a trashy picture. Not the expensive gift I sent. I filed a claim and received nothing by email that it was done. No response. I will start contacting the TV stations next to do a report on this if they do not contact me !!!!! They will not het away with this. Also they marked my package value at 200.00 not the 300.00 that it cost and I insured it for!! Incompetence!!

I needed to ship a large and very fragile taxidermy item and Alora at the Brookside UPS store was extremely informative and helpful! I was able to email her dimensions and she gave me an estimate and described how she would ensure it would be shipped properly. I was also able to hand it off to her out front and pay over the phone to keep a safe distance. She sent me images of the packing as well as a receipt via text. She gave me reassurance, and made the experience really easy!

I had the one of the best holiday experiences yet mailing out my Christmas presents tonight. I came in to the UPS store wildly unprepared and the whole staff was very helpful in providing options and pricing. When it came down to checking out, Venus carefully addressed every package with the most impressive speed and with such high quality customer service! I’m very grateful for such ease!
