The automotive center here is excellent. I got 2 tires installed and I watched the technicians check their work 3 times! The sales rep Mark was extremely professional and patient. My appointment time was honored and the communication was great. Although I live in Belton and there are 2 other Walmarts closer to me, I will go out of my way to go to this Lee's Summit store.5-stars well deserved!

Thank You Rebecca for taking a dropped bag to our RV at the back of the lot. It’s very hot and in the excitement of the pending RV road trip my grandson WM bag he dropped with his money in it. Not every employee would volunteer for this run to the back of the lot. Thanks a lot Rebecca

Ordered a cookie cake for my daughter's graduation party and the bakery went above and beyond. I can't remember the lady's name but she was amazing and took great care of her.

This place is huge! But it has everything I was looking for all the way down to the spices. I don’t know how stores can compete with the low low prices.

Asked where stuff was.. and employees were super helpful.. anyone else shopping was polite and curious.. I was able to get in and out quickly.. I spent way to much money.. but that's besides the point.. I need blinders on next time. 🤣

As typical retail establishments go you can’t get one any worse than a Walmart except maybe the old Kmart‘s. Thankfully the blue light special doesn’t exist anymore. This particular Walmart reminds me of the Ozarks. It has plenty of room it’s very clean but filled with overweight people. As one of two Walmarts in town this is the only choice.

NO STARS!!! Auto service department is HORRIBLE! Oil plug damaged during service, i didn't found out until next service by another provider. I went back to Walmart and they would not accept any responsibility. Claim was denied and implied I was lying. Both individuals I spoke with were set to say no the entire conversation, they were disrespectful and dismissive.. We have had other issues with the service at this location and will never go back there again. Due to their incompetency I don't recommend anyone get service there.

This is my favorite Walmart. It's always clean. Always stocked. The employees are the absolute best. Except one lady at customer service. She's just absolutely rude. Overall the best Walmart in our area.
