The line time at this location is always beyond acceptable. Today it was as well. At lunch time, when people bank, there should be more than ONE person serving customers in line for simple banking. They need to do better at staffing. I am considering moving full time someplace else.

I was at the O'fallon branch (1 O'fallon Square) today, had to cash a check. I went through the drive thru Teller line. I am not sure but the women with blonde hair in the drive up is NOT friendly AT ALL it seems almost if you are bothering her to cash a check. She doesn't greet you or even say anything when you're done. What happened???? Customer service used to be a whole lot better at this Branch. I swear everytime I go thru the drive thru Teller line it's the same thing. I get people can have a bad day sometimes, but EVERY SINGLE TIME??? I will make sure to go to another branch if at all possible.

I go to a few different US Banks and this one has the worst customer service I have experienced. I don't know if the lady who works the teller right by the window is just having a bad day everyday, or just can't do the simple hello or thank you have a good day, or maybe because I'm a minority. Who knows. If I could get what i needed from the friendlier ATM I would be doing so.

Closed my account without any warning or notice due to Venmo transactions and cash deposits after 7 years of bieng a customer, they Simply could’ve asked me to open a business account! I would not recommend this communist bank !

If you have large deposits (50+ checks) they cannot handle it, I went to another branch at Wentzville Schnucks. The mgr there can make it balance. This bank employee gave me a big attitude. 1star for the attitude and unwillingness to review the check scans.

i do business at this branch a lot. The tellers at the drive in know me by name. i am tired of waiting in the drive up. i went inside and asked for some deposit slips. i was told you don't use them and i couldn't have any. So i presented my deposit but before she even had it she demanded my license. i understand why. She just had a terrible attitude, she was very surly to the point of rudeness. I won't be coming into your branch any more and if that teller appears at the drive through, i wont use it either. Do you know how many banks and credit unions there are in the area?

Terrible customer service. US Bank closed both of my accounts without any justification and is yet to give me a reason for it, let alone return to me all of my funds. I’ve been a member for 10-15 years, without issue, until this unacceptable and unconscionable decision. And not only that, but they didn’t even tell me they did it. So now I have a mortgage to pay, a paycheck that has bounced, and no idea when I’m going to get my funds. Absolutely criminal if you ask me. Never again with US Bank. I’ve now been waiting in the lobby for upwards of 30 minutes with no sign of being able to speak with a banker. This, after speaking with five different people yesterday over the phone to no avail. I’m dumbfounded, I’m upset, and it’s completely wrong in every aspect of building customer trust.

Been doing business here for 20+ years. Mostly drive thru. Most of the tellers are just ok. There is a teller by the name of Dan who has my upmost respect for above and beyond customer relations!!!!! Doing business in the lobby has been fine.

I have banked with US Bank for quite some time and have always had professional courteous service... until today in the drive through Vickey was not courteous, almost to a point of being rude. Maybe she needed a cup of coffee? Or a personality?
