They keep leaving my mailbox open every day. They close all my neighbors and mine closes without issues, but the mail lady leaves mine open everyday letting everyone see my bills and sensitive paperwork are there for anyone to grab. Terrible service.

Clean & always easy to run in. Gives us somebody’s mail that doesn’t live their anymore, even though we’ve written “does not live here” on envelopes & she said she wouldn’t deliver anymore.

Seeing a drastic improvement. Finally recieved package from neighbor and was told by this location that the errors will stop. Let's hope. Will update review after I see changes. Update: Got a confirmation my package was delivered to find nothing actually delivered. We contacted the post office to be told it was delivered to a different address on my block. Then we were asked if we could go to the neighbor to retrieve the package so the postal employee wouldn't have to..... Are they really this serious? Not sure what the hell is going on with this location, but never have I experienced the service failures in our first 13 years that i have in the last year. I have had to get a po box to ensure my paychecks are delivered to me instead of some random neighbor, then when my adult child moved out on their own and submitted a change of address for themself only, I learned my mail carrier decided that meant all mail to my address was to be rejected to the sender as forwarding address unknown. After having to retrieve my package last month from this post office because the mail carrier decided to pull the contents of my mailbox (even though the package was much larger then the mailbox), we have cancelled all weekly ads mail to ensure an empty mailbox. For the second time in less than 30 days the carrier pulled mail instead of delivering the package to the house that was too large for the mailbox.

This is the only post office I’ve ever seen that is closed for lunch. Most people are working 9 to 5 and the only time they can go to the post office is at lunchtime and they’re closed!

Packages have arrived on time, until this week. Some are being marked “delivered” hours before they actually arrive or being marked as “left on porch/front door” and never delivered. I’ve never had a package stolen from any address I have lived at and have had Amazon boxes sit for hours until I was able to come home. We’ll see if the missing package I just called and made a claim on can be located...

Worst automated service I've ever experienced. I still have no idea how to get ahold of my post office other than the drive there Wich is what I'm doing now because I can not call them tho ask a simple question. 😣
