Discriminates against farmers. They refuse to give me tax exemption on Agricultural items the state doesn't require me to pay taxes on because I don't have a tax ID. State told me to just quit shopping here. Store manager is extremely rude all the time. I needed shear bolts for a baler which required non hardened bolts. Sent my wife in town to get them as I was busy. He tried to pawn grade 8 bolts off on my wife when she needed grade 2 or 3. She got the grade 3 bolts. I accidentally told her lock washers instead of lock nuts in text. When she tried getting his attention again to get the nuts he walked into a room and shut the door behind him. I had to give her the harsh conversation on dealing with people who work at places like this if they actually knew how to work on stuff they'd have a good trades job doing it. Plenty of other examples of him being rude and useless but this one took the cake.

I wanted to leave a one star: “Extremely rude cashier” because I was that fed up this morning. But I called and the manager was willing to listen to my complaint and was pleasant. I hope they are able to fix the issues.

My experience so far.Is this new change is not for the better. These new people have terrible attitudes! The regular staff is great. A changeover is not an excuse. For rudeness. For the (new) people.

Outstanding place for your hardware needs. A bigger selection than you would think out of a small hardware store. Better service than Lowes and Home Depot and a third the size.

Customer service from who I've been told is the OWNER of this store is HORRIBLE!! If he is indeed the OWNER I would advise him 2 stay home and let his employees handle customer service, if he isn't he needs 2 fire the rude chauvinistic man I dealt with today and at other times!! Today I took paint in and asked him to shake some paint and he acted as if I asked him 2 shake the paint, carry the 3 miles 2 my house paint the walls then walk back.

Poor very poor people skills I'm a girl doing some home improvements I know basics and trying to Google for the rest so I look around stores and see what would work for whatever project I'm doing and I would just like it to be said I feel like people are allowed to look around your store and check things out and you not keep questioning them on what they're doing I don't need to steal had no plans of stealing you're a business that's how you sell things as people looking at your things I won't be returning

I love this hardware store. Everyone is always so helpful and polite. My latest trip was to fix an issue with my mailbox door and a very nice man spent quite some time with me to pick out the right parts, which worked perfectly.
