Would give negative stars if I could. I legitimately think this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It took FOREVER just to order, then when we did the cashier was not answering my questions and didn’t put down what I ordered. She messed up the whole ticket charging us $6 more than it should’ve been, I didn’t get my frapp that I ordered, it was cold, and disgusting. We asked about it and took the food back up there and they looked at us like we were stupid, they wouldn’t get a manager to fix it or even fix it themselves. We will absolutely NEVER be back. Don’t waste your time.

Just left there around 6:25 today. The girl that took our order was rude as hell. If I was not in a hurry a manager would have been found. Food took over 20min to get (fish value meal, 1/4 meal and 10 piece nuggets)

First they forgot our hash brown on our wat to Alton. On our way home to union the next day the girl taking orders in the drive through this evening kept getting on the com to tell us to please wait but never took our order. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.

We were just talking about how this was probably the best location. Today we ordered a couple cheese burgers, a sprite, and some mcchickens. We got a McDouble and a water instead, along with our burgers. So we turned around, brought them back in, employees were hollering in the back, they gave us three mcchickens to make up for it, but they were all naked and dry. At that point, we accepted our L. Still love you guys, but what the heck. These mcchickens were DRY.

Our food was not all there are fries were cold even though we ask for no salt on them had to go in and ask for the rest of our food

Don't waste your time, go to another location, or burger king across the way. Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe got a chicken sandwich deluxe, are you people that incompetent that they can't tell the difference between chicken and beef? Also you your people could only get 1 of 3 tomatoes on the chicken sandwich, which I guess is so difficult for your people. You must be hiring some really uneducated people and I mean really uneducated. I did get a quarter pounder deluxe after I had to drive back up there and back home a second time, about 20 min in total. There wasn't even an apology as the manager handed me my burger. The other is, when I went through the drive thru, there was only ONE OTHER CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU!!!! I would hate to go through during busy times! Got a better chance of winning the lottery than getting your correct order!

People there seemed to be a bit rude. And lazy. Not caring of the customers wants or needs no napkins put in the bag for take out. And it wasn't really busy at all T the time. These young kids seem to not care for making a difference in our society. And making it seem better for everyone as a team member of the society. And the way they look at people seems so uncalled for. Your drive thru needs a better person at the window. For the viewing public. Like me. that see this behavior. And she is lucky I am a business owner myself.

I went during the evening,and they took it on themselves to charge me for a large fry when I ordered a sandwich and a drink, I speak up about the extra 3-4 dollar charge. I went to the window and they have a manager there cool, so I ask why is it 3-4 dollars off the meal and rink price they said oh it’s because you got the meal. So we have a basic exchange on why I’m being charged more and automatically got charged for a fry, they fix the order and total to what it should of been, then after trying to apologize for possibly coming off rude, they just slam the window in my face and glare at me like I’m the problem and not there rude incompetent staff. Gosh. Just ask if I want the fry. Don’t scam me or other folks.

I was a little hesitant at first to give five stars but ONLY because I was trying to order my breakfast on the Kiosk it would not let me choose a Large Minute Maid Orange Juice. When I told the employee working the register, she didn't know why and sorta brushed it off as if it didn't matter. However !!! THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. Who ever is making the food back there just made the best Sausage Egg Cheese McMuffins in a 1500 mile radius. So thank you very much. Hopefully that OJ option gets fixed on that kiosk. 🙏💯💙

It’s hit and miss here, during busy times you may wait up to 25 minutes to get your food. Other times, service is better. Coffee drinks are not consistent, sometimes they taste watered down, other times they are fine. We have not had any major issues with the food, it’s typical McDonalds. As of July 2021 the indoor seating is closed but you can order inside, or go through drive-thru.
