Ordering anything from Best Buy in general is a nightmare, even if it's ordered for store pick-up. The last two orders I've placed for store pick-up were not ready when they were supposed.They don't even notfiy you if there is an issue fulfilling the order until an hour before the store closes. On the day the order is to be ready for pick-up, the status says processing for pick-up today, then you get an email notification an hour before they close saying there's a delay with your order. Why update the status that it's processing for pick-up today if the item isn't even physically at the store yet. The call center also lies and tells you it WILL be ready that day when they don't even have confirmation. So you wait around all day on the day of pick-up just to find out you won't be getting it or there's a delay. The call center will also tell you that you can request a call back from the store and that you will receive that call in 2 hours. Well 2 and half hours later, and 30 minutes before closing, still no call. Don't claim that a customer will get a call if it's not guaranteed. In both of these situations the store associates were more helpful and informed us that the call center tries to keep the calls under 2 minutes. So basically they'll lie to you just to get you off the phone, that's very poor customer service Best Buy. Don't ever believe what the call center says, always go into the store to resolve the issue. Even if you dial the store's number, 99% chance you will be routed to the call center.

Sales associate in computers was helpful in finding the exact item we came looking for. Only thing I didn't care for was the upsell on the replacement insurance or family membership package. I understand it's a revenue stream for BB but they are way too expensive for what can be purchased at a third party site. Still give it 5 stars as they've always been helpful in the dozens of times I shopped in this particular store a d shouldn't have it held against them if BB is requiring them to upsell. You still have the choice to say no so no harm in them asking.

Came here for Apple Care and came away empty handed. They were not able to help me at all. What a waste of time… now I will have to drive all the way to Lancaster which I was trying to avoid. Staff tried their best I guess, but be aware that despite having “Apple Care” it’s not actually equivalent and they may not have what you need in stock to fix the problem and the pricing is a bit different for certain things…

This location is down to one of the ones where a fair amount of product that they do have in stock is not even on the show floor anymore. They are really great about helping you find what you are looking for, and if it is not on the floor then they will run back and grab it for you. The pickup lockers are also really great for ordering something online and just grabbing it out of the locker by the main entrance.

I used to love Best Buy because I could actually see the product and compare it to others. Before the remodel, this best buy had long rows of cell phones, where I could pick up the phone to see the size and weight, and see how it actually functions. Today, I went there with the intention to make a final decision and buy a phone. I had 3 models that I had been thinking about. Not one of them was on display. So far as I'm concerned, there is no longer any reason to not just buy from Amazon sight unseen.

I mean, it's your typical big box Best Buy store. I would say the primary difference between this one and others is that the staff here, in my experience over the last year, has been consistently helpful and polite. I can deal with coming in here and it doesn't feel like a total hassle.

We bought a TV and an employee advised us about a sound system for it. He also got another employee to do the computer part needed to confirm the sale. He also set up a time and day to have it delivered. The first employee helped this one to complete the sale. The tv and sound system was delivered, set up, ready to watch. I did not have to call my cable service to get it set uo.

Had a really great customer service experience here on 6/10. I had a return which needed special assistance. The person at customer service walked me over to the mobile desk, explained to the manager what was going on, and handed me off to then. The manager then helped to resolve my issue. Both my wife and I then looked to do a trade in and new phone purchase and the mobile desk manager and another rep did everything they could to help us get the best deals possible, even though the phones we wanted were not in stock and needed to be ordered. I was able to get the deal, and even thou my wife couldn't, the experience and service was so good, i still have then 5 stars. We plan to still go back when the phone she wanted comes back in stock. Also, the dynamic between the mobile manager and the mobile rep was awesome and hysterical! We had a fun experience!

This is a great store and the staff is generally really helpful. I actually just wish that the store was organzed a little better so it was easier to find things if there are no associates around to ask for help. Sometimes what I think is a quick trip turns into me googling things in the middle of an aisle for 15 minutes while I look around aimlessly for another 30 minutes. All in all, this is my go-to electronics store for chargers, cables, power banks, digital storage devices, controllers, smart speakers, and the like!
