Not about Pizza! Very disgusted. I went in and made a purchase. I had my service animal with me at the time. I got to my car and realized I could use a bit more water for him so I took a cup of my own in and asked about getting water. She says .52 cents. OMG, anything to gouge the public. This may NOT be at all Casey's but it certainly was for this location! I did not pay this, I left the place! I'm first off a paying customer and could have easily gone into the bathroom and got the water for free! Go to Kum and Go when possible, they care about their customers! Once an employee grabbed a cup of ice and water for my service animal after I'd made a purchase of water but needed a cup, now that's customer service and a company that deserves my business!

Great Management and customer Service! They feel like "Family" to me! Tesla is one of the BEST sales clerks I've every encountered! She knows how to talk to people, very pleasant and outgoing! Jeff, on overnights, is awesome too! Not to mention, they have GREAT Pizza!

Not a bad little store. Always kind of busy but always friendly staff. I have gotten quiet a few expired red diamond sweet teas from here and I mean expired by a few weeks to months straight from the coolers so always check expiration dates on your items.

I went in to buy a couple beers after I got off work. Store manager asked for my ID, which I had left in the car. I'm 37 years old, completely understand, made me a little happy. When I returned and showed her my ID, she reached to grab it out of my hand, and I held on to it . She then refused to sell me the beer because I wouldn't physically let her hold/scan my identification. My ID is in perfect condition, nothing worn everything visible. Why must it be scanned to buy a beer after a long day of work?

I refuse to get gas or drinks at a gas station/ convenient store that closes its restrooms because of the pandemic. I stopped here to grab an energy drink and use the restroom but was quickly greeted at the door with restrooms closed sign. One more reason I stick with Kim n Go.

Great people, nice, informative, & helpfull. AWESOME pizza. Especially breakfast & taco pizza's. Clean restrooms. Great rewards program. Highly recommended!

When I placed my order, the guy on the phone was super nice. He even asked me if I wanted the delivery person to leave the pizza on a chair and do a social distance. Then, when I left a tip on the card, he replied by "that's so generous, your driver will be very grateful!" Once the driver arrived with our pizza, he did as I requested and even waited at the end of the walkway to say "thank you for ordering from us, bless you and thank you for the tip! Have a great day!" Wow!!! Thank you so much for your kindness. I will definitely be a return customer ♥️♥️

On a Friday or a Saturday night when you're wanting to order a pizza I'd recommend you try Casey's they have some of the best pizza around my wife and I are from Iowa originally and we have grown up with Casey's our whole life and it's so nice to have that down here in Springfield like having a little part of our past it's so much more than just a gas station we love the kitchen

Casey’s LOVE it one if they best places to go great subs pizza and donuts I love going there for my breakfast almost every morning I’m always getting a donut and a drink go to Casey’s best gas station in town they have really nice workers and the place is surely clean basically spotless I would order from here any day Casey’s is the best place and gas station!!!

When I arrived at the Casey's at 2715 West Chestnut, she stated that I had the wrong address for my pizza. As shown by the picture attached it was the correct address they just had not made the pizza. I had to wait for an additional 10 minutes because they had not even started the pizza. When the pizza was "finished" it wasn't even correctly cut. Additionally they didn't not even address the mistake made and the gentleman at the front counter made a comment that I didn't wait the full time when I walked in the second time to pick up the pizza, That should have been made 10 minutes earlier. Usually I am happy with the service I receive. I will be calling the morning to speak with a manager about how they treat customers and how the night shift handles mistakes they make. Over all I love this Casey's just this particular staff needs training on how to correct any mistakes they may make.
