Your Front door employee Behind the counter was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude when I came in your store! I have shopped with you several times and it has been a pleasant experience. With your employees in the Pharmacy! But the African American woman…Totally ignored me with a question that I had… where is Tylenol she replied I’m busy with another customer which she was not she was looking at pictures and showing it to a customer I waited several Minutes (10) and the line of individuals waiting to pay for Merchandise was getting upset! i replied again Politely can you just tell me where the Tylenol I can find it for myself She said i am helping another Customer. The time and date reported is 06/06/22 @ 12pm. At Walgreens on Ashby an St Charles rock Road It’s very important to hire employees that are happy to be working And have customer service abilities!

Had issues running my card as the magnetic strip was “demagnetized” rendering it no longer readable. With a long line behind me, what could have been a very unpleasant and embarrassing situation was handled with great tact by the night manager. Obviously someone who understands customer service and is great at their job. I regret not having caught her name in order to share. I most def l plan on returning to this store again. (So if possible will update this post so credit can be given)

This is a decent store, with good sales from time to time. The staff here is friendly and helpful. Thee pharmacy staff seems to work quickly to keep customers from having to wait too long. Occasionally you may have a bit of a wait here, but that is to be expected at any busy pharmacy.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The lady Sheila was screaming at me I told her there was no need to scream at me, she told me she can talk to me however she wants because she’s older then me. Every time I go in she is so rude. Horrible attitude.

Told me they couldn’t store my temperature sensitive medication because they didn’t have a cooler. They have two of them, she lied. Then I was informed that my medication was left in the box upfront, not kept safely with the pharmacy in the back. They were concerned with my mother grabbing my medication for me but, kept it unsecured upfront to where anyone could grab it. Completely disregarded safety and control procedures. During my first vaccination, I was immediately sent out without the 15min after care. I wound up having a severe reaction without medical attention due to their neglect. Absolutely unbelievable, I will never be using this location for anything ever again.

ya , ive been a lifelong customer of walgreens , but after last week . im boycotting yall for a while and not returning to the st. ann location. because.. i went to go load $215 on my prepaid card, apparently yall changed policy and have to have a manager authorize a over 200 transaction.. fine i guess if u enjoy inconveniencing customers. but then after waiting and waiting the cashier called the manager a 2nd time and she then came... its fine ill just go elsewhere good day

I went here for a COVID test and Stephanie in pharmacy helped me. She was amazing. I had anxiety about taking the test. But she made my experience so much easier. She should be in healthcare definitely. Keep up the great work and caring for others as you do Stephanie!

The Pharmacy is a NIGHTMARE. For the FIFTH time, they gave me the wrong prescription. I have to open and check my bag before I leave EVERY time, because I NEVER get the right medication. There is someone there who has the same name as me, and they give me her stuff almost every time. Even though I have to verify through my birthday and address. I also have to wait 25-45 minutes every time. They give me a call to let me know my prescription is ready, but then it's not the right medication, so I spend forever waiting for them to get me the correct one. I leave that Walgreens infuriated every time. I never had issues with the one off of Vogel Rd in Arnold. I will be going back to them for now on. Aside from their Pharmacy, their customer service is horrible as well. Most of the workers have an "I don't care" attitude, and they never smile or seem friendly. Management really needs to step their game up.

I love my Walgreens in Saint Ann but today i went in and the manager was checking people out. She was obviously sick. She had laryngitis , coughing. No face mask. I mean come on!! I know allergies are bad but put on a mask if youre sick!! I will not go in there again. I hate to be harsh but im high risk. Why would you even let someone work like that? You are a pharmacy also!!

I visit the STORE very often a I never have an issues whit them. Im sorry i cant said same on the PHARMACY the personal is been several time there rude, unfriendly and unaccommodating. This morning they was incredibly rude and made me feel unwelcome and completely unappreciated as a regular customer. I was try to get a prescription for pneumonia and they couldn't do it. Because last night I supplied the rest in a 24 hrs and I had to do it where I supplied the others. I will not refill my prescription anymore here I will transfer to the one in Page Ave the are always with smile on there face and happy to assist you.
