Ordered 7 large pizzas for lunch takeout. They were cooked within 20 minutes and turned out great. Staff was polite and respectful.

I hate giving negative reviews but I am FED UP with this location. Stop quoting delivery times if you are just going to do whatever. I'm tired of waiting over an hour, watching my "pizza tracker" sitting on "preparing" only to call and find out that it still hasn't even been put in the oven. I tip well, I don't even complain when it's wrong, missing the garlic sauce etc. But waiting 3 hours for a pizza is unbelievable. Just close if you can't do that.

The Manger refused to give his name the cashier walked away from the front very disrespectful. I have never been so disappointed in Papa John lack of customer service I am visiting from out of town to bury my Father. All I had on my mind so good Papa Johns.. Wow... The manager rude behavior and the cashier lack of responsibility towards the issue. As if things were not hard enough.

Waited 3 hours for them to just give up on my order. The manager didn’t care at all. Genuinely the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had.

There was more crust than pizza on the pepperoni…and when I opened the bbq pizza the garlic sauce was in between my pizza…

Will stick to Imos. Did an online order that said 14-24 minutes for pick up. In 25 minutes the manager tells me it will be another 15-20. That's fine. I wait in the car for 20 minutes. He then tells me it's in the oven and will be ready in 4 minutes. O.k. I wait inside and WATCH him make my pizza and put it in the oven. 14 minutes later, I finally get an automated text saying my order is ready for pick up and continue to stand at counter for 10 more minutes.

i wish i could rate -10 for this place. very dirty and nasty pizza. full of grease and taste like stale everything. very expensive. i never in my life seen anything this bad. customer service sucks so bad they didn't even offer to fix or remake. stay away trust me, i will be reporting this place to the health department. DO NOT EAT THERE

Deplorable..... Not the first time I order a Pizza from this place and It was deliverd BURNT and HARD...! Could not even taste the pizza, just BURNT CRUST...! This is NOT...! The First nor Second one, but it will be the last, when you call they do not want to help you and make up some excuse of why. They should be Ashamed sending out a Product like this to customers.

I didn’t have a sealed sticker that they require to have! I called up there got hung up on then called back and told them it wasn’t sealed they apologized and that was that they didn’t try to fix anything I’m not one to complain I love papa johns I order all the time at least twice a week and the lady sounded snobby! Not best customer service but still good pizza! And should have delivery driver not Uber!!!
