The service I received on several days went to upgrade 3 phones,I upgraded they had none in store so they ordered the phone for me paid for the upgrade unfortunately my phone was lost through ups totally understand so I went in this location after waiting 2 weeks for my phone and the young man act as he dislike his job I told him what customer care told me he said he don’t know what I was talking about then called another location and person told him that what I was saying is correct so he change his mood a little and continue to say well when you are refunded I have the phone you want so today I went back because my funds where back in my account get there and told me to wait 10 minutes then to come out and say he didn’t have the phone my gosh what happened to good customer service

Customer service is what differentiates products and services from one another. The two reps who assisted us were exceptional. Kevin and Jennifer (not their real names) were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They took extra steps to make our phone set up as easy as possible and remained patient even when finishing things up went past closing time. They are examples of what customer service should be.

Shout out to this T-Mobile and two thumbs up for Eric!!!! He went above and beyond the call of duty to help my elderly mother switch from Verizon to T-Mobile without a hitch! And entered all her contacts into her flip phone FOR HER!!! Cannot say enough good things about this experience. Thank you thank you thank you!

Manager/most experienced sales person was very good. Unfortunately the other staff members were terrible. They kept interrupting during my visit, I managed to only get some of the information because of their interruptions.

Manager Chris is a good guy personality wise however I learned the hard way again about believing what I am being told about my bill and then get the bill and it is not what Chris said. Then he denies telling me that is not what he said and wanted me to give back my new phone that I fell in love with. I only went in that store for a new phone for my son and Chris made everything sound so wonderful and I made it clear I didn't want a 2 or 300 dollar bill. Accountability is what Chris should have taken instead he is mad and so am I and only resolution was to return watch I didn't want but from Chris watch was suppose to be "FREE " meaning no money to get watch. I won't go back and may consider changing carriers. Thanks for nothing Chris

If you have to come to T-mobile make sure you come and see Xzay he is AWSOME he a Has a really funny personality and he made sure to go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Great job And thank you bri it was really nice talking to you.

I received an email stating that I had to return my "cell spot". The email said I could return it to this location. When I walked in, one of the sales associates said that they couldn't process the return of that device there and I had to go to a franchise store which was across town. As I was talking to them, another associate came out and the person helping me asked her if she could process this return and she said yes (I believe her name was Brooklyon). She processed the return of the device and saved me time, energy and money. I told her how much I appreciated her knowledge and she said she has only been there for 2 months! True customer service is what she provided! Thanks girl!

Tron & Koran ARE FREAKING AWESOME!!! I love their Great Customer Service Skills. They are VERY friendly and is very knowledgeable about ALL the phones in their store. They answered every question I had for them and I was in a out of their store in a timely matter with a NEW PHONE!!! You guys ROCK 😍 I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!!!!
