4/2022 New: I took in my old desktop to see what if anything I could do to update it and they were super helpful. Great help and super nice. A year ago: Had a small problem and they were recommended. So glad I found them. They took care of the memory problem, caused by another store, and answered my questions. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend them.

I bought a Win 10 computer from reboot. It is the WORSE computer I have ever owned in over 20 years of owning PC's. It is CONSTANTLY accessing the HDD. It takes between 10 -100 seconds just to open a wordpad document. It is extremely slow at everything. The HDD will not stop loading windows 10 or only God knows what it has to be busy ALL THE TIME! You can't do anything on it because it's 100% busy with the HDD. Not only that, but I bought a monitor with the computer. And They had it sitting in the sun light, so I didn't notice until I got home that the right side of the screen is washed out in white. And they told me NO RETURNS. Now after 10 days of using this computer I bought from reboot. It has locked up with a black screen. If you do the math and divide the cost by 10 that's $24 a day.

These people are GREAT! I had no idea how to load YOU T UBE to our new smart TVs, they came to my home, and in no time we had YOU TUBE on our tv. I have also dropped a computer off for repair, and the next day it was ready. I definitely would recommend , REBOOT COMPUTERS!
