My window was not closing right and they came and give me an estimate of $135 and I accepted it. They came three times and worked on it and it took them 2.5 months and the window is still not closing properly. They finally told me that they cannot fix it beyond what it is, but sent me the full bill. After a few calls, they agreed to lower my bill, but still charged for a good portion of their service. I Will not have them work on my windows again. Service: Window repair

The customer service provided did not match the service of the glass installation. I had two windows replaced for cracked seals. That part of the job seemed to go quick and well (4 out of 5 stars). When it came to the customer service, professionalism and courtesy provided, that was horrible (0 out of 5 stars). They were over an hour late to the proposed time they would be there. No phone call to notify me they would be late and no explanation when they came to the door, just a "Hi" and barged through. We're also in a pandemic and I would've thought there would be some common courtesy about wearing a mask in another persons home. They weren't wearing masks, when asked if they had mask or could wear them we got a big "sigh". The masks were never worn after we asked. Once the job was completed they took off without notifying me the job was done or allowing me to look over the work. Good looking windows but horrible service.

I had a nickel size chip in my window caused by a sand and salt truck. I called Elkhorn Glass and they were able to get me in that day. The tech fixed my chip in a half an hour and I was very pleased with the results! The staff was very friendly and courteous. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely call on Elkhorn Glass in the future if the need arises!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The staff is extremely friendly and did a wonderful job! It was very fast & easy to make an appointment and they were very quick with my auto glass repair. Overall I’m pleased with the entire experience!

Owner was weaving in and out of traffic without signaling or a care in the world. Tailgated me when I wasn’t going fast enough. I was in the far right lane. If his driving is anyway an indication of his way of doing business this says it all.

I really want to give them a 5 star review but overall not thrilled with the work. Had a large window glass and part of the frame replaced. The first time they measured wrong and had to put the old window back in. Second time there was a gap between the frame and there was a hole going directly outside. They came out and fixed it but that meant the window was out a 3rd time. Now that the weather is cold I am not sure the glass was sealed properly. In the lower corners it feels as though cold air is coming in. It’s difficult to say for sure though.

Our realtor recommended Elkhorn Glass to get one of our living room windows reglazed. I'm extremely glad we went with them. They were very knowledgeable.
