Every time I make appointment online I get called and told they are too busy. They should turn off online scheduling. They also close earlier than thier own website says.

The staff at this Firestone location always go out of their way to take care of my car! They get me in same-day when I find a nail in my tire, book me quickly for oil changes and repairs, and make buying tires easy. I’ve purchased two sets (4) of tires now from Firestone, and they are great long lasting, all weather tires, at a fair price. They’re also honest when they think I can get a repair (muffler in this case) done somewhere else, cheaper. Honestly I’ll always come back because of that fact. Definitely recommend this Firestone location, their work is great and customer service is awesome.

This place has gone downhill. Had an appointment at 10am to have two tires with nails in them fixed. Took over two hours for them to fix the tires all while the staff was showing photos on there phones and eating burger King. I have been a loyal customer here for quite a few years but I will never be back here. Service: Tires

Scheduled a tire rotation two weeks in advance. Dropped it off fifteen minutes prior to Scheduled time. Nine and a half hours later it hadn't been moved from the spot I parked it in. Wow! Was informed that they had an employee call in. I suggest calling in a different employee. Maybe even two. Another suggestion is to stop taking on walk ins. They can either be the ones waiting or scheduling for a better time. Have had other issues and problems in the past with a different vehicle. Such as the oil pan threads being stripped. Which caused an oil leak. This is what has broke the camels back for me though. Never got my tires rotated. I just went ahead and picked it up since it obviously wasn't going to get done. Ruined a few plans I had for the day as well. I will be baning all Firestones from here on out. I'm so done with them all.

Ask how much to patch a tire where i had to plug it. Was told there was a 3 day waiting time and normally they just put a new tire on it. Plus to patch the tire would cost $35.00

Paid 750$ for stuff I didn't need and didn't fix the issue I came in for. I came in for a noise in the front they said it was back brakes. The noise didn't go away and sent me on my way. Turned out to be simply front pads. They didn't even look. They are rude and their technicians are mediocre at best. I don't recommend anyone to take their car here.

Made an appointment two days ahead. Dropped the vehicle of at 830 am. Was told it would be done by the end of the day since i made an appointment. They put everyone's vehicle ahead of mine. Customer service was the worst when asked about not being done. Bad and overpriced place to take your vehicle. Would highly recommend going somewhere else.

The crew at this location is beyond excellent. Despite being short staffed, like almost every business in this country, they deliver fast, friendly, and quality service. Even after I needed to add extra services I originally booked for that my car so desperately needed they still delivered on time. This is now my "go to" location for car services i will need in the future. Keep up the stellar work gentlemen!

If i could rate 0 stars i would. I went for an alignment they call me and tell me my driver front tie rod is seized and they can’t adjust it, they tell me its gonna be 443$ to change it, i go home try to adjust it myself and it moves freely with just a little bit of penetrating oil. They are trying to sell you things you dont need. Not to mention the rude staff.

George is one of the most sociable and friendly people I have ever met. He calmly explained how to select the best car oil, going into the pros and cons without making me feel dumb. The service was quick and efficient. Will be returning for all my car needs!
