I had been sending packages through this USPS for many times. However, they never delivered packages on time and had to wait for week, sometimes weeks. I sent important document recently but it was not properly handle. I really got disappointed how they handle such important things. They kept me and receiver worry for those packages. I am really sick of it. I recommend FedEx than this USPS.

I’d give a 5 star, however, the government is slow at fixing the potholes or shining the glass. I’m not being picky just observant. Also, it’s the government… not always but sometimes they get busy and you’re standing there wondering why only 2 workers; why isn’t the 3rd counter working. We’ve all been in a grocery store, gas station, post office, etc. and seen that. In terms of service: 5 STARS! I’ve never had any trouble getting my packages sent or received. Always friendly staff who do their best to assist you. There’s also a kiosk in the lobby, mail drop, and plenty of options.

Counter lady would not give a United States veteran a 3 inch piece of tape to secure a label - told him to buy a roll. Go elsewhere.

Lots of pot holes in the parking lot. I guess masks are required? Quick, easy service at the counter. I didn’t even have to wait at all (this was a little after 3:15 pm on a Wednesday).

I was home all day. They didn't bother to knock or ring the doorbell when delivering a package that required a signature. They left a notice instead. I'm definitely going to recommend using FedEx or another service when delivering time sensitive or valuable items.

Package delivered to wrong place, phone number constantly busy, finally spoke with someone after multiple calls and was told he would reach out to the carrier about finding the package and would call me back. Needless to say, no call back and now they're closed, it's Saturday so i have to wait 2 days to talk to anyone about a package delivered to the wrong address. Not to confident in that package being found 2 days later... Thanks USPS...

Our mail carriers are outstanding. The regular carrier is great, and he trains people, so we have substitutes on our route, and every single one of them I have dealt with have been very nice. The rural carrier manager is also helpful and I thank them all for doing a difficult job with a great attitude!

I have asked at least 20 times to not deliver other tenants mail to my mail box, yet it continues. This makes me wonder who the hell is getting mine!!!! If you don’t understand what and how you’re suppose to preform your duties ask for more training. If you don’t like what you’re doing QUIT! IT IS THAT SIMPLE

The staff here are generally nice and helpful. They however have a broken phone line which has not been fixed for a while. I had some mail held up there and wanted it forwarded to my new address. I called them 77 times in 3 days and got the same message " The number you called is busy. Please call again at another time" I finally filed complaint with USPS consumer affairs and it took them 2 days to figure out how to reach them. They are in main land USA and don't have a working number? How does the supervisor at this facility feel about that?

The service is always slow and rarely pleasant. However it doesn't hold a candle to the delivery man on my route. I work from home and he constantly neglects to attempt any signature required letter or parcel (he's never attempted) and simply tosses the "since you weren't home slip" in the box. I've gotten numerous packages that were not addressed to me which I've had to bring back to the post; and recently he delivered two packages but not the third to which I got notice I had to pick up as I wasn't home to receive it (I was). It is disheartening that the majority of this office is ran in a manner that has zero regard for customer service or even an inkling of humanity.
