Make fresh food daily, a bit pricey but good overall for European product. Owner is a bit underhanded..watch your change and what he charges..he overcharged me 3 times..and argued with me.

Not a Russian store. They only have a few Russians items. However, it's a nice Bulgarian store. The staff speaks Serbian.

Super rude and unprofessional, we were not welcome in this store as we stepped in and decided to cancel the purchase at the register. Other posts mention a rude guy, at least several of them, that same guy didn't welcome us today at the store. I urge the owner to pay attention to this otherwise you are going to lose a lot of customers! I will never step a foot in this store again, because of this guy!

Gentlemen at the register is rude and shouldn't have a customer facing position. I've been there three times and had an unpleasant experience on all three occasions. Woman in the deli was great, but I will never return. Gave the guy a $1.00 coin and he tried to tell me it was a 50 cent coin. Customer service, is apparently a difficult concept for some to comprehend. If you want repeat business, get someone with a decent attitude that's respectful to man the register.

Super rude. I was planning on buying quite a few things and was excited about a place with such cool stuff but the people running it are rude and harass to the point I don't feel comfortable shopping there or spending money toward them. Really disappointing.

I don't understand anything about eastern European food but a lot of the things I've tried in here have been nicer than their equivalents in the supermarket across the street. The staff are always nice to me too.

I truly adore their variety of Russian food like the Caviar, jarred pickled vegetables, and also my my favorite plastic wrapped Fish. Also awesome desserts like the Honey cake Russian style. I love this place.

Lovely selection of European sweets, coffes, teas, and beauty products. Went in for some Bulgarian feta, left with cheese, wine, desserts, herbs and se produce. I'll definitely be back!
