I am rating my last three experiences here at the Alton Aubuchon Hardware location. I noticed a "changeover" of staff in the last 12 months here. Now, mind you, I am not a frequent customer at this location. I usually only purchase garden equipment and soil amendments here, things that I've neglected to purchase through NOFA. The visit before this one (while purchasing fertilizers) I noticed that communication between my purchase pickup were just a bit disorganized. Hey, it happens all the time. No worries here. I will say that the knowledge and service of this team have improved immensely since my last visit. Not only have I been assisted in locating my items without staff "hovering" over me, (which I hate), I was offered very helpful advice in related items that I might be interested in. Without pressure to purchase, which I might add. I am very pleased with my service at this location. Keep up the good work!

Great hometown feel with friendly/knowledgeable staff. If they don't have what I need they typically can order the item and have it in a couple of days.

Although I live close to many other bigger hardware stores. It’s nice to have the Alton Aubuchon hardware store there for an alternative to the big box stores. Friendly and helpful salespeople and quality material. It’s so very nice to shop and be able to talk to someone who truly knows and wants to help you. Thank you Aubuchon Hardware

excellent job on replacing screening in Anderson Window aluminum frames, they generously offered to have me an entire deck of paint color chips and keep them as long as I needed to! Every time I go into this store an associate is immediately greeting me and offering to help me find anything I need. They actually accompany me to the aisle and to the specific product. If they cannot locate it they help each other find it!!!

I think the woman who Greatly helped me the other day was Tori. I needed to match some paint. I don't know How she did it because it was a complex situation. Well, I'm Thrilled to say, She Rocked it Perfectly! I'm Very Pleased! Thank You Tori!
