This detailing was a Christmas gift from my son. We dropped the car off at 9:00 as requested and were told it would only take about 4-5 hours for a complete detailing of the interior and exterior. We paid most of the price and agreed to pay the rest when we picked up the car. Around 2:00 PM my son called to check on the progress and the call went straight to voice mail. We waited patiently until about 3:25 PM and then I called. This time the call was answered and I explained I wanted to check on the progress of my car. I was told to come by in "about an hour". When we stopped by about an hour and a half later, we found the car sitting wide-open in the driveway with all doors and the trunk open but nobody around. After about 10 minutes Bobby came out of the house and explained that the interior was done and he just needed to buff the outside as it was caught in his lawn sprinkler while he was working and had many water spots because of it. We left and went home to wait again. This time when I called back at 5:30 PM he said it was all done and ready to be picked up. We went to go pick it up and my son and myself were stunned. The car had wax residue, smudges, bugs still stuck to the front bumber and water spots all over it. The windows were foggy and needed wiping and where the armor-all product was sprayed on the interior, you could see the spotting left where it was never wiped down after spraying. I had the car washed a couple of days before we took it to be detailed and the car looked better, cleaner and more polished when I delivered it than it did when I went to pick it up after detailing. I tried to clean the spotting but the water spots would not rub out so I will return to the car wash to take care of it. As we were leaving, I heard owner shout F_UCK YOU! loudly. Not very professional at all.

Bobby took my car in and took full payment. I was going out of town and he promised me the car would be detailed when I got back. I tried to contact him a week later and he did not answer his texts. I called and left a message that I would need to call the police. He called back. He had all kinds of excuses of why the car was not done. I told him to leave a check and I would pick the car up. I would pay again when the car was done. He agreed. I went to pick the car up. Surprise, he was not there and there was no check. Worse was he drove my car over 200 miles and he smoked in it. I spoke with him on the phone and he apologized for smoking in my car and promised that if I left it he would clean it and I would never know it was smoked in. He was emphatic that it would be ready at noon the next day. Trying to give the guy a break, I agreed. When I sent someone to pick the car up today it still was not done. ***UPDATE*** After a few months Bobby reached out to "make things right". I really appreciated that! He detailed two cars for me. Both were good. Not excellent, but he explained that since I was an auto dealer and I was paying less that he was doing less... They were fine. The issue I had was the BMW has a passenger airbag light on when I picked it up. After two days it went out. The Toyota Sequoia would not start when I picked it up. I had to have it towed to my mechanic. It ended up being a wiring harness got cut by the belt. This was a result of pressure washing the engine bay and moving the wiring harness inadvertently. I assume the BMW was also from that. Bobby does a nice job dressing up the engine bay. Bobby is a friendly guy and he is easy to talk to. In the end I am not having him do any more cars for me because it is not worth saving a few bucks to deal with "lights" and towing. When I finally got my Sequoia home there was panel missing and I have reached out to get it and he cannot find it or the jumper cables that were in the compartment. Don't deal with this guy!!!!

Wow, these guys are absolutely amazing.. they went above and beyond for me. I had a smaller stain on my seat that I wanted gone. I called on a Wednesday and they got me in early the next morning. I dropped the car off around 1030 and it was done by noon. When I went to pick up the car, not only did they completely remove my stain I was so worried about, but they completely cleaned the outside, interior, rims. It absolutely made my day when I picked it up. I highly recommend them!
