Not Customer friendly, Changed the sticker price of 5-quarts of oil from the shelve to a higher price at register and Cashier and Manger said they hadn't gotten to changing the stickers yet to the higher price and wanted to charge for the higher price. That isn't right, No thanks!

Website says they open at 8:00 am, message on their voicemail says they open at 7:00 am. They actually open at 7:30 am according to the counter person. Was able to find the battery I needed in stock and with the AAA discount and a NAPA rebate is was very reasonable. They just need to get their hours posted properly.

Peter was so nice! He looked up the size windshield wipers we needed, gave us recommendations on which to buy out of our options, AND he put them on for us in the freezing pouring rain/snow! So nice!

Needed an air filter because believed where I got my old changed because I didn't want to pay for a new one they figured it would be better without one. They did not have the lowest priced one in stock so took my number and got one from another napa later that day. I was called and picked it up later that day. When I went to install it I found there already was a new one in there. The oil change gave me one for free. Regardless the service and call was above par for most places. I am going to hold onto the filter I brought for next time.

Half the parts I get are the wrong part. Staff is short and unhelpful. Some of the older staff members take FOREVER to get you the wrong part. Was on hold with them over 5 min today, guy finally picks up the phone with "Yep?" "Ya I got 4" "nope we dont deliver sundays " no pleasantries

The Napa in Meredith NH is a very good parts store. They are staff is very knowledgeable and they stock a lot of parts. If they don't have what you're looking for I usually they get it overnight!

Often dont have the parts or tools i am looking for and expect to find at any decent parts store. Closes early without warning. The guys are nice, but they just dont run a very good business. Keep trying to go there because they are so much closer, but 80% of the time it is a wasted trip and i still have to go to another store.
