I've been a loyal semi-regular here since 2017. It's a shame to see the crew get smaller and smaller. I can see how stressed the remaining few are as they rush to complete orders. This is a busy hot-spot Dunkins, why not staff accordingly? And you can't tell me "nobody wants to work anymore" when pay remains stagnant while the cost of living skyrockets. Pay up and they will come.

We pulled up to the drive thru with a carload of starving uncaffeinated humans and gave the poor girl a HUGE order; they seemed unsure several times during the order but they got almost everything perfect (I got an iced coffee instead of hot, but I drink both so it was fine!). They were apologetic of how long it took to get the sandwiches etc out - but there was no reason for their apology!!! Thank you!!

I got a large hot coffee here and it didn't really taste like coffee. I suspected they re used the coffee grounds twice. It tasted like watered down coffee. I will not get coffee here ever again. Found a nice gas station down the road which has great coffee, go figure huh.

I come from massachusetts where people have to get to places fast and don't have 35 min to sit in line behind 1 car for the 1 employee to make a coffee. Nh is just on another level of chill I guess. I can't hate but I've got things to do. Either way I'm sure I'll go back cause I love me some dunkin even if I do have to wait half a day to get it.

Been trying to brew at home, save a little cash. Hadn't been in a long time. During a particularly busy evening, after a hectic day, swung through with daughter for a cup of coffee and she begged for a donut. I warned her that after 6 pm they probably wouldn't have her favorites. The guy was friendly, quick, and they had exactly what we both wanted. Just the pick me up we needed.
