Called the pharmacy over 20 times during regular business hours and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and use another pharmacy!

Prior to my trip, to be sure it was ready, I called. I had called several times and looped through the outgoing greeting throughout the day. Upon getting there, and having nothing to pick up, I bought a few items up front, and heard the woman in line in front of me complaining about the pharmacy not answering the phone. She had the same experience, and the poor cashier had to apologize, and also noted how hard it was for her, since ultimately the pharmacy calls wound up at her end of the store. It happened again tonight, but worse, they finally picked up, and put the handset down in an obvious attempt to not have the phone ring. No greeting, no "please hold", just background noise of employees at the pharmacy.
