I came here with a group of people that wanted to hang and smoke. Not my thing but, the atmosphere and vibe was great, the bartenders and staff were super friendly and the cocktails were amazing!

Showed up happy only to be immediately thrown in to major depression. Bartender needs to get a grip ! I can't even fathom placing her to represent what once was a hopping place! On the verge of suicide it the only words I can come up with for this girl! Left, depressed and fully unsatisfied . This place sux.suicide.. nit what UT once was!

Visited for the first time recently. Blew my expectations out of the water. A shop like this is exactly what fits perfect in New Hampshire. The cigar selection may not be the largest I've ever seen, but it is certainly tailored over many years of understanding true quality. Amazing spot for a cigar and a beer. I genuinely look forward to returning soon.

Always have a great selection and they just do everything the right way. I go to alot of cigar places and there are alot of really toxic environments out there. This place has NONE of that. I feel totally comfortable bringing my wife or mom here. I cannot say enough good things about these great folks! Try a skinny monster next time your in!

You want good drinks, cigars and atmosphere? Come on over to this nifty joint. Radlofs aka the rox. Everything you need in one stop. The most friendly service around, with a smile! Come on by and say hello, promise you will enjoy this place. Live bands, Jeopardy and family feud played here certain nights.

Prices are rather good, taste great and they always cycle through drinks. But, this is a lounge first and foremost- and it doesn't leave me dissapointed. It has leather seating, stools, and barber chairs everywhere (with outdoor seating as well) Large variety of cigars complete this place to be the Diagon alley of Rochester (only cleaner and has nicer people lol) When you want a smoke or a drink (or both) really it can't be beat.

Not a cigar guy, but the drinks were fantastic. Knowledgeable staff with hand crafted cocktails. Definitely a place to go if you like solid old school and new cocktails. 10/10.

My favorite cigar shop! Great atmosphere and a unique set-up. A bar on one side (with live music in the evenings) And the most comfortable leather chairs to sink into while you enjoy one of their top rated cigars. Beome a member and you'll have the benefit of your own humidor and cigar specials among other things.
