First time here and I ll never come back, one employee call Meilyn asked me to leave 5 min before close. They were desperate to close the store didn't care about the costumers. I told her that I knew what I want and she didn't care she asked me to leave. Horrible costumer service.

The entrance is closed to the little mall, which I didn't get that part. Not too many options to choose from. Didn't really find what I was looking for in particular. The line moved at a pretty decent rate.

If I could leave no stars I would. Their job is to what? Scan only? Being here the girl at the register was super lazy, asked me to take off all my hangers. Only to scan, did not even hand me my bag or my receipt! Lazy people. Can't even greet or say thank you. I'm sorry who gets paid to do what?!

Went in to return an item but I didn't bring the debit card that was used so I'm going to return but other than that the line moved rather quickly.

Cashier was very rude. I did not get her name but she worked today. I will never return to this particular Ross. Receipt states Associate 982757.

They do no have a working rest room, it has been closed for over a month . The last time I was in the store I spoke to the then manager and he told me that it was flooded. I just visited again and was told the same thing by the current manager. Not good 😒

I went to return a rug I bought. The cashier called the manager because she couldn’t read the receipt and out of a nowhere this rude disrespectful employee who called herself a manager started being rude and refusing to give a refund and demanding I take the store credit. Fortunately the original manager helping was able to solve the issue and give a refund. That girl should not work customer service.
