It was horrible, i jus bought my husband a phone less than 3 months ago. He broke his phone, i went to by the same one at $29.00 for him, and they was going to charge me $99.00 because it's been less than 3 months. We have been with Metro PCS for over 10 years. What kind of B.S. is that? That store is a rip off 😔 😠

A couple of weeks ago , I visited this store in North Miami Beach. And my first impression was really amazing . I must say that all the staff especially Malcolm and Cindy ,from whom I had the pleasure of being assisted, are so kind and professional. If you go there you'll see how they strive for giving the customers the best possible care they can. It is a pleasure for me to take the time to write a review of my experience at this store , because people usually just highlight the bad experiences . Thanks guys for making me feel valuable as customers; actually, it was worth driving from Hollywood to North Miami Beach as they not only resolved the concerns I had, but also made me found the item that I was looking for.
