Hair Color Help The store clerk-Victoria was very nice and patient. Explained in great detail how to use the products and what would or wouldn't work for my specific hair color mishap. Manager went out of her way to find the products I needed. Excellent Service, will visit again, my new favorite store.

Recently bought a box hair dye and went in for an exchange since I didn’t want the color I chose. I brought the receipt and it was well within the 60 days. I originally got it on sale so they would not let me make the exchange and expected me to pay extra. There was a young cashier that was also very rude and when I was explaining to her why I wanted a different color, she just yelled “I know what an exchange is!” I ended up just buying a few other things, but was very disappointed at the fact that I didn’t even get what I had gone there for. I also said I wanted a paper bag and then she asked again, to which I responded yes again. Of course, once the transaction was finished she pushes all my items towards me and didn’t give me a bag. Worst experience at Sally’s.

I walked into the store and was greeted by the cashier with a warm hello. I walked through the small store until I found what I needed. The cashier asked if I found everything I needed and even gave me her feedback on a cream of nature product I was purchasing. I enjoyed my shopping experience and will go back when I need to stock back up on hair products.

I have been in this locations a few times and finally i will write this review This lady's will see you looking for something and they will not offer help You can not ask for an advice because they will answer with an " I dont care about uour question actitud" I was looking to buy a trimmer, I ask to see one and the Lady ask me If am gonna buy it BEFORE she even walk to show me the item Last thing that make me write this review Lady with the short blone hair and glasses Was saying to her friend " with the people that comes here I have to breadth and count to 10 " .....that was so rude knowing that there were customers.... HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE 😕

Awful the one located at 1373 163 mall. Not once they asked me if I needed some help. The sales clerk complain all the time of how bad she felt with having a cold more than two weeks. I asked her for help not even once she adknowlege me until i ask for a specific brand to dye my hair. Then without looking a me she states that they never carried that brand. I told her yes they did because i purchased from another sallys store. She did not bother to help me instead she quote that she was tired and she was ready to take a brake in the back room. The other sales clerk was looking out the door with no interest of helping me. I called one of the girls at the other sally store and she guide me thru a phone call to get what i needed. That is so ashame to treat customers the way the did to me if they are no happy with their job they should quit. This is bad for the bussiness to have people with no incentive or professionalism. I will never go back to that location and by the way it was the afternoon shift 2 dominican ladies . i couldnt get their names but because of the way they speak the are dominicans. Bad experience
